CVE-2026-48030exploit 9.9 critical 8.0% no CPE yet Pheditor is a single-file editor and file manager written in PHP. From version 2.0.1 to before version 2.0.4, an OS Command Injection vulnerability in the terminal action handler allows any authenticated user to execute arbitrary OS commands by injecting shell metacharacters into the 'dir' POST parameter, completely bypassing the TERMINAL_COMMANDS whitelist and achieving full Remote Code Execution with web server privileges. This issue has been patched in version 2.0.4. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-59726exploit 10.0 critical 3.0% no CPE yet Ruflo is an agent meta-harness for Claude Code and Codex. Prior to 3.16.3, ruflo's default docker-compose deployment exposed the MCP bridge POST /mcp and POST /mcp/:group endpoints without authentication, allowing an unauthenticated network attacker to invoke tools/call to terminal_execute, obtain a shell in the bridge container, read provider API keys, and poison AgentDB learning-store patterns. This issue is fixed in version 3.16.3. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-34048exploit 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to 4.0.0-beta.471, terminal websocket bootstrap routes only check authentication and do not enforce terminal authorization, allowing a low-privileged team member to connect to terminal routes and execute commands on team servers. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.471. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-88877exploit 9.3 critical 1.0% traefik Traefik is a HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. In versions >= v3.7.0 and <= v3.7.11, the Kubernetes ingress-nginx provider mishandles Ingresses that carry both an authentication annotation and the nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/from-to-www-redirect annotation. For such Ingresses the provider creates an additional 'sibling' router that matches on the host alone, carries only the RedirectRegex middleware, and still points at the parent router's protected backend service. Because RedirectRegex is not a terminal handler, a request its pattern does not match is forwarded to the backend, and because the redirect pattern only accepts a numeric port while Traefik's host matcher canonicalizes the authority via net.SplitHostPort, a request with a non-numeric or empty port (for example 'Host: www.example.com:x') selects the sibling router, misses the redirect, and is proxied to the protected backend with none of the Ingress's annotation-derived middlewares applied. This discards not only authentication (e.g. BasicAuth) but every annotation-derived middleware, including source-IP allowlisting. Traefik v2 and v3 releases before v3.7.0 are not affected. The issue is fixed in v3.7.12. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-45746exploit 9.0 critical 0.00% termix Termix is a web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities. Prior to version 2.3.2, the File Manager functionality in Termix contains a critical Broken Access Control vulnerability due to improper validation of the sessionId parameter. The backend trusts a client-controlled identifier without verifying that it belongs to the authenticated user. This allows an attacker to manipulate the value and access active File Manager sessions belonging to other users. Since these sessions are tied to SSH connections to remote VPS instances, exploitation allows unauthorized interaction with another user's remote filesystem. Because the File Manager exposes functionality such as file reading, writing, uploading, and execution, this vulnerability enables direct command execution on another user's VPS (RCE). Version 2.3.2 patches the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-54686exploit 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Warp is an agentic development environment. From 0.2021.04.25.23.05.stable_00 until 0.2026.05.06.15.42.stable_01, Warp accepted certain state-mutating terminal lifecycle hooks from the PTY stream without verifying that the hooks were emitted by Warp's shell integration for the active session. An attacker who could cause a victim to view attacker-controlled terminal output in Warp could spoof selected lifecycle metadata, including the current working directory reported for the active block or SSH session transport metadata. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.2026.05.06.15.42.stable_01. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-58123 9.3 critical 5.0% no CPE yet Hermes WebUI before 0.51.788 contains an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands by accessing the embedded terminal API endpoints without credentials. Attackers can create a session, attach a PTY shell, and write arbitrary commands through the terminal input endpoint to achieve full command execution as the server process user via four sequential unauthenticated HTTP requests. 25 Oct
CVE-2025-59951 9.2 critical 5.0% termix Termix is a web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities. The official Docker image for Termix versions 1.5.0 and below, due to being configured with an Nginx reverse proxy, causes the backend to retrieve the proxy's IP instead of the client's IP when using the req.ip method. This results in isLocalhost always returning True. Consequently, the /ssh/db/host/internal endpoint can be accessed directly without login or authentication. This endpoint records the system's stored SSH host information, including addresses, usernames, and passwords, posing an extremely high security risk. Users who use the official Termix docker image, build their own image using the official dockerfile, or utilize reverse proxy functionality will be affected by this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-5972 5.5 medium 3.0% deepwisdom, metagpt A vulnerability has been found in FoundationAgents MetaGPT up to 0.8.1. This issue affects the function Terminal.run_command in the library metagpt/tools/libs/terminal.py. The manipulation leads to os command injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier of the patch is d04ffc8dc67903e8b327f78ec121df5e190ffc7b. Applying a patch is the recommended action to fix this issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45744 9.9 critical 2.0% termix Termix is a web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities. Prior to version 2.3.2, the GET /ssh/file_manager/ssh/resolvePath endpoint in Termix is vulnerable to OS command injection. The endpoint uses double-quote escaping for shell command construction, which does not prevent $(...) and backtick command substitution. Any authenticated user with an active File Manager SSH session can execute arbitrary commands on the connected remote host. Version 2.3.2 patches the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45748 9.8 critical 2.0% termix Termix is a web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities. The `POST /ssh/tunnel/connect` endpoint in Termix prior to version 2.3.2 builds an SSH tunnel command by interpolating user-controlled host record fields (`endpointIP`, `endpointUsername`, `password`) directly into a shell command without escaping, allowing persistent OS command injection on the source SSH host. Version 2.3.2 patches the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2023-7317 9.4 critical 2.0% nagios, nagios_xi Nagios XI versions prior to 2024R1 contain a missing access control vulnerability via the Web SSH Terminal. A remote, low-privileged attacker could access or interact with the terminal interface without sufficient authorization, potentially allowing unauthorized command execution or disclosure of sensitive information. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-110005 8.8 high 2.0% no CPE yet The `periphery` agent's container-management functionality of Komodo version 2.2.0 contains an OS command injection vulnerability. An authenticated low-privileged user with `Execute`, or `Read` plus `Logs`, permission on a managed server can supply shell metacharacters in a container name processed by the `DestroyContainer` or `SearchContainerLog` operations. The container name is interpolated without escaping into a command executed using `sh -c`, allowing arbitrary commands to execute as root on the managed host. This permits a user without Komodo's `Terminal` permission to obtain unrestricted host-level command execution. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-5974 6.9 medium 2.0% deepwisdom, metagpt A vulnerability was determined in FoundationAgents MetaGPT up to 0.8.1. The affected element is the function Bash.run in the library metagpt/tools/libs/terminal.py. This manipulation causes os command injection. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The project was informed of the problem early through a pull request but has not reacted yet. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-111057 10.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Mercury is a Python framework for sharing Jupyter notebooks as web applications and dashboards. From 3.0.0 until 3.2.4, a missing comma in BLOCKED_PATTERNS concatenates the /lab and /api/terminals regular-expression literals. Requests to /api/terminals therefore bypass the anonymous endpoint blocklist and reach Jupyter Server's terminal API. An unauthenticated attacker can use the resulting interactive operating-system shell to execute commands and access data available to the Mercury process. This issue is fixed in version 3.2.4. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-34047 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to 4.0.0-beta.471, terminal WebSocket bootstrap routes did not enforce the expected authorization middleware, allowing an authenticated user to access terminal functionality for resources outside the authorized scope and potentially execute commands. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.471. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-62283 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Nezha Monitoring is a self-hostable, lightweight, servers and websites monitoring and O&M tool. Nezha versions 1.14.13 through 1.14.14 and 2.0.0 through 2.0.9 do not bind stream identifiers created by CreateStream in service/rpc/io_stream.go to their creating user, and `GET /ws/terminal/:id` and `GET /ws/file/:id` only check whether the supplied UUID exists. An authenticated RoleMember who obtains a live stream UUID from logs, browser history, referer data, or telemetry can attach to another user's terminal or file-manager session, read and write target-server files, and execute shell commands. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.10. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-64439 9.8 critical 1.0% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: krb5 - filter out async aead implementations at alloc krb5_aead_encrypt(), krb5_aead_decrypt() in rfc3961_simplified.c and rfc8009_encrypt(), rfc8009_decrypt() in rfc8009_aes2.c set a NULL completion callback and treat any negative return from crypto_aead_{encrypt,decrypt}() as terminal, falling through to kfree_sensitive(buffer). When the encrypt_name resolves to an async AEAD instance the request returns -EINPROGRESS, the buffer is freed while the backend's worker still holds a pointer, and the worker dereferences the freed slab on completion. KASAN report under UML+SLUB with a synthetic async aead backend bound to krb5->encrypt_name: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in t5_stub_complete+0x7d/0xc7 The helpers were written synchronously, so filter the async instances out at allocation time instead of plumbing crypto_wait_req() through every call site. Reachable via net/rxrpc/rxgk.c, fs/afs/cm_security.c and net/ceph/crypto.c on systems with an async AEAD provider bound to the krb5 enctype name. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-72192 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ntfs3: bound to_move in indx_insert_into_root before hdr_insert_head indx_insert_into_root() promotes a full resident $INDEX_ROOT into $INDEX_ALLOCATION and copies all non-last resident root entries into a newly allocated INDEX_BUFFER via hdr_insert_head(). The source byte count 'to_move' is summed from the on-disk resident entry sizes and is independent of the destination buffer size, which comes from root->index_block_size (via indx->index_bits). A crafted NTFS image that keeps a valid, full resident root but shrinks root->index_block_size down to 512 after the root has been populated makes hdr_insert_head() memcpy attacker-controlled resident entry bytes past the end of the kmalloc(1u << indx->index_bits) allocation returned by indx_new(). For a 512-byte destination and a resident root whose non-last entries total 560 bytes, the memcpy overruns by 120 bytes and a following memmove extends the highest written offset to 136 bytes past the allocation. The overflow bytes are a direct copy of on-disk entries (via kmemdup), so they are fully attacker-controlled. The write is reachable from unprivileged open(O_CREAT) on a mounted crafted NTFS image: a single sufficiently long create in a directory whose resident root is already full forces root promotion and triggers the copy. This is a controlled out-of-bounds write of 120-136 bytes past a kmalloc(index_block_size) allocation, with attacker-controlled content. It is a bounded adjacent-heap corruption primitive; it is not an arbitrary-address write. Successful exploitation into a named victim object depends on the surrounding slab layout. Reject the copy at the sink. The destination's INDEX_HDR already reports hdr_total (the payload capacity of the new buffer) and hdr_used (the bytes already consumed by the terminal END entry installed by indx_new()); require that to_move fits in the remaining payload before calling hdr_insert_head(). On mismatch, fail with -EINVAL and mark the filesystem as having a detected on-disk inconsistency, which is the same behaviour as the surrounding validation in this function. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-83462 9.8 critical 1.0% oracle, mobile_application_server Vulnerability in the Oracle Mobile Application Server product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: MWA Terminal Server). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via TCP to compromise Oracle Mobile Application Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Mobile Application Server. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 9.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). 9 Oct
CVE-2026-45311 9.6 critical 1.0% no CPE yet CodeWhale is a DeepSeek + MiMo coding agent in terminal. From 0.3.0 to 0.8.23, the run_tests tool executes cargo test in the workspace with ApprovalRequirement::Auto, meaning it runs without any user approval prompt. cargo test compiles and executes arbitrary code: test binaries, build.rs build scripts, and proc macros. While auto-approving test execution is a deliberate design choice, it creates an inconsistency in the security boundary. However, in a malicious repository, test code can execute arbitrary shell commands, exfiltrate credentials, or establish persistence with zero approval. The attack is amplified by AGENTS.md (auto-loaded into the system prompt), which can instruct the model to run tests proactively at session start. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.23. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-67614 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet CyberPanel before 3.0.0 contains a hard-coded JWT secret vulnerability in the WebTerminal FastAPI SSH service that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to forge valid authentication tokens and obtain an interactive root shell via WebSocket on port 8888. Attackers can craft a forged JWT signed with the hardcoded secret value, specifying ssh_user=root, to authenticate to the terminal service without any valid credentials and receive a root shell. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-110631 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Komodo through 2.3.3 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the Periphery agent that allows unauthenticated attackers to connect as a trusted Core because empty core_public_keys and passkeys lists fail open by default. Attackers reaching port 8120 can present any generated keypair to issue Periphery API requests, including terminal sessions and container operations, executing commands on managed hosts typically as root. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-49255 8.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet electerm is an open-sourced terminal/ssh/sftp/telnet/serialport/RDP/VNC/Spice/ftp client. Prior to 3.11.11, electerm constructs operating system commands in src/app/lib/fs.js by interpolating untrusted file paths into the rmrf(), mv(), and cp() functions. A malicious SSH or SFTP server can provide a filename containing quote characters and shell metacharacters, and a victim can cause that filename to reach the affected operation during remote-to-local transfer, conflict renaming, copying, moving, or removal. The generated `rm -rf`, mv, `cp -r`, PowerShell Remove-Item, Move-Item, or Copy-Item command can then interpret the filename as shell syntax. This allows arbitrary command execution with the electerm desktop user's privileges on POSIX and Windows systems, enabling data exfiltration, file modification, malware installation, or denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.11. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-53869 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Hermes Agent before 0.16.0 contains a DNS rebinding vulnerability in WebSocket endpoints that allows remote attackers to bypass Host and Origin validation. FastAPI HTTP middleware does not execute for WebSocket upgrade requests on /api/pty, /api/ws, /api/pub, and /api/events endpoints, enabling attackers to exploit DNS rebinding and inject malicious commands or read terminal output. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-63722 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet ICEcoder 8.1 contains an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands by chaining an authentication bypass, CSRF validation bypass, and unsanitized command execution. Attackers can send a single HTTP POST request to the terminal endpoint with a password parameter to bypass authentication, a non-empty csrf parameter to skip CSRF validation, and an arbitrary command string passed directly to proc_open() to achieve remote code execution as the web-server user. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-109429 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Mistral Vibe before 2.25.4 contains a command permission gate bypass vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands by hiding a command substitution inside a single-quoted variable value that tree-sitter-bash static parsing cannot detect. Attackers can craft input such as embedding a command substitution within a single-quoted variable and re-expanding it with the ${var@P} prompt-transform operator so bash's promptvars feature executes the hidden command at runtime while only the trailing allowlisted command is classified, resulting in silent arbitrary command execution with the privileges of the agent's terminal session. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-82026 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Radar before 1.12.2 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the handleLocalTerminal WebSocket endpoint (/api/local-terminal) that allows authenticated or unauthenticated attackers to spawn a privileged shell by relying only on a runtime-mode check instead of role-based access control. Attackers can connect to the endpoint to execute /bin/bash -l on the Radar host with Radar's own kubeconfig and process credentials injected into the shell environment, achieving remote code execution with Radar's privileges even when the --disable-local-terminal flag is set. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-59561 8.4 high 1.0% no CPE yet Sakura Editor provided by Sakura Editor Development Community contains an OS command injection vulnerability. If a victim user is directed to edit a file in a crafted directory, arbitrary OS command may be executed on the user's PC when the user invokes "Open Terminal". 12 Oct
CVE-2023-26604 7.8 high 1.0% debian, systemd_project, debian_linux, systemd systemd before 247 does not adequately block local privilege escalation for some Sudo configurations, e.g., plausible sudoers files in which the "systemctl status" command may be executed. Specifically, systemd does not set LESSSECURE to 1, and thus other programs may be launched from the less program. This presents a substantial security risk when running systemctl from Sudo, because less executes as root when the terminal size is too small to show the complete systemctl output. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-54699 7.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Warp is an agentic development environment. From 0.2024.03.12.08.02.stable_01 until 0.2026.05.06.15.42.stable_01, Warp contains an OS command injection vulnerability in the WSL URL-opening fallback. When Warp is running under WSL and cannot open a URL through wslview, it falls back to a Windows command processor path. A URL controlled through terminal output can reach that fallback when the user opens the link. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.2026.05.06.15.42.stable_01. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59117 7.5 high 1.0% microsoft, terminal Integer overflow or wraparound in Windows Terminal allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-56741 7.5 high 1.0% jline JLine is a Java library for handling console input. Prior to 3.30.14, 4.0.16, and 4.2.1, the JLine3 Telnet server remote-telnet module does not apply an upper bound to terminal dimensions received via the Telnet NAWS option, and TelnetIO.handleNAWS() in TelnetIO.java:856-879 reads client-supplied width and height as 16-bit unsigned integers and passes values such as 65535x65535 to setTerminalGeometry(), allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to repeatedly alternate values and trigger continuous expensive rendering work that causes CPU exhaustion and denial of service. This issue is fixed in versions 3.30.14, 4.0.16, and 4.2.1. 24 Oct
CVE-2025-6193 5.9 medium 1.0% no CPE yet A command injection vulnerability was discovered in the TrustyAI Explainability toolkit. Arbitrary commands placed in certain fields of a LMEValJob custom resource (CR) may be executed in the LMEvalJob pod's terminal. This issue can be exploited via a maliciously crafted LMEvalJob by a user with permissions to deploy a CR. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-53457 5.1 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Blueprint Studio is a VS Code-like file editor for Home Assistant configuration files. Prior to 2.5.2, the legacy stateless terminal command execution path in custom_components/blueprint_studio/backend/terminal_manager.py accepted a cwd working-directory parameter and checked only whether the directory existed, without requiring it to remain inside the Home Assistant configuration directory. An administrator using the restricted terminal helper could select an existing directory outside the intended configuration boundary. Commands could then access or modify host paths permitted by the Home Assistant container and filesystem permissions, weakening the helper's expected filesystem restriction. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.2. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-65184 9.8 critical 0.00% no CPE yet The root-privileged `wsserver` terminal-bridge daemon builds a shell command from client-supplied WebSocket fields and passes it to `system()` and `popen()` without quoting, escaping, or character-set validation. The daemon's public-key session path performs no appliance-session check. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-57169 9.6 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Dockhand is a Docker management application. Prior to 1.0.34, the in-browser container terminal endpoint /api/containers/<id>/exec does not enforce authentication on the WebSocket upgrade request. When an unauthenticated attacker has network reach to Dockhand, knows a target container ID, and targets a container with an interactive shell, the attacker can open a raw WebSocket terminal session and execute commands inside a known target container. This allows unauthenticated command execution inside the container, with possible host compromise when the container has sensitive mounts or privileged execution. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.34. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-45374 9.6 critical 0.00% no CPE yet CodeWhale is a DeepSeek + MiMo coding agent in terminal. Prior to 0.8.26, the task_create tool spawns durable sub-agents that inherit two insecure defaults, allow_shell defaults to true (config.rs:1499: self.allow_shell.unwrap_or(true)) and auto_approve defaults to true (task_manager.rs:297: auto_approve: Some(true)). When a user approves a task_create call (which requires ApprovalRequirement::Required), they approve what appears to be a benign work prompt. However, the spawned sub-agent silently receives unrestricted, unapproved shell access. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.26. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45035 9.4 critical 0.00% tabby Tabby (formerly Terminus) is a highly configurable terminal emulator. Prior to 1.0.233, Tabby registers itself as the handler for the tabby:// URL scheme on all platforms. The URL scheme handler supports a run command that directly executes OS commands with no user confirmation, sanitization, or sandboxing. An attacker can craft a malicious link (tabby://run?command=...) and deliver it via a website, email, chat message, or any other medium. When a victim clicks the link, the OS launches Tabby which immediately spawns the specified command as a child process with the user's full privileges. This is a zero-click-after-link-visit RCE vulnerability. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.233. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-81694 9.3 critical 0.00% jahlives, openssl_encrypt openssl-encrypt (pip package, versions <= 1.4.8) fails to sanitize filenames read from untrusted drive data (outside the AES-GCM authenticated manifest) before printing them in the verify-usb command's output. An attacker can plant filenames containing terminal cursor-movement and erase-line control bytes that repaint a forged PASSED verdict on screen, masking actual tamper detection. Fixed in 1.4.9 by routing drive-derived names through sanitize_for_display(). Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-111235 9.1 critical 0.00% no CPE yet An authorization bypass vulnerability exists in the REST API of multiple versions of OpenNMS Meridian and Horizon. The /rest/** Spring Security filter chains authorize requests with intercept-url rules that name the HTTP method as an uppercase token, compare the method case-sensitively, and have no terminal deny rule. A request that uses a non-canonical (for example lowercase) method token matches no rule and is processed without authentication. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can read the monitored inventory and can create, modify, or delete resources through the REST API, which includes injecting events to fabricate or suppress alarms. The /rest/alarms chain has the same missing deny rule and discloses whether an alarm exists through a difference in the response. The fix adds a terminal deny rule to each REST filter chain. The solution is to upgrade to Meridian 2024.3.14, 2025.0.11, 2026.0.1 and Horizon 36.0.5 or newer. Meridian and Horizon installation instructions state that they are intended for installation within an organization's private networks and should not be directly accessible from the Internet. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-45750 9.0 critical 0.00% termix Termix is a web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities. Prior to version 2.3.2, the GET /ssh/file_manager/ssh/resolvePath endpoint in the Termix File Manager component unsafely processes the path parameter and embeds it into a shell command executed over the active SSH session. Because the user-controlled value is placed inside double quotes and only double quotes are escaped, shell command substitution syntax such as $(...) is still interpreted by the remote shell. Version 2.3.2 fixes the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-43892 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet AntSword is a cross-platform website management toolkit. Prior to 2.1.16, incomplete noxss() sanitization leads to 1-click RCE via jquery.terminal format code injection. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.1.16. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-48720 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Warp is an agentic development environment. From 0.2025.03.05.08.02.stable_00 until 0.2026.05.06.15.42.stable_01, Warp accepts non-inline `OSC 1337;File` payloads from terminal output and materialize the decoded payload as a local file without an additional confirmation step. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.2026.05.06.15.42.stable_01. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-10054 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In affected versions of Eclipse Theia (1.8.1 and later), the browser backend exposes privileged terminal RPC over WebSocket (/services/shell-terminal, /services/terminals/:id) without service-level authentication. WebSocket origin validation in @theia/core is fail-open: connections are accepted when the Origin header is missing or when no THEIA_HOSTS allowlist is configured (the default). The Socket.IO integration additionally replaces the real Origin header with a client-supplied fix-origin header that an attacker can control or omit. As a result, a foreign-origin web page visited by a user with a running Theia instance can open the /services WebSocket namespace, invoke terminal creation, attach to the resulting terminal data channel, execute arbitrary OS commands, and read their output. This affects both local developer setups (drive-by attack) and hosted or tunneled deployments without strong external authentication. A fix is in development that enforces same-origin validation by default, removes trust in the fix-origin header, gates HTTP and WebSocket access on a SameSite=Strict; HttpOnly connection-token cookie, and sanitizes shell terminal creation options. 25 Oct
CVE-2025-6426 8.8 high 0.00% mozilla, firefox The executable file warning did not warn users before opening files with the `terminal` extension. *This bug only affects Firefox for macOS. Other versions of Firefox are unaffected.*. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 140, Firefox ESR 128.12, Thunderbird 140, and Thunderbird 128.12. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-104626 8.8 high 0.00% gitea A user who can open a fork pull request can place workflow content with a shared run-level concurrency group into a Gitea Actions run that is awaiting approval. When a later run in that group cancels the blocked job, the run becomes terminal while still marked as needing approval. If a maintainer later approves the run, Gitea passed the already-cancelled job back through concurrency preparation, set it to waiting, and made it claimable by a matching runner, executing fork-controlled workflow code. Exploitation requires the maintainer's later approval action, Actions to be enabled, and a runner that accepts the repository's jobs. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-55768 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet GoAccess is a real-time web log analyzer and interactive viewer that runs in a terminal in *nix systems or through the browser. Prior to version 1.11, the built-in WebSocket server narrows a 64-bit extended frame length into the signed 32-bit WSFrame.payloadlen field before enforcing the maximum frame size, allowing an unauthenticated remote client to bypass the guard and force an approximately 18-exabyte allocation request that terminates the process. This issue is fixed in version 1.11. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-53453 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet Blueprint Studio is a VS Code-like file editor for Home Assistant configuration files. Prior to 2.5.2, Blueprint Studio exposed administrator-intended backend API actions to any authenticated Home Assistant user because the backend did not consistently enforce the panel's admin-only authorization boundary. Affected surfaces included the backend API, upload API, stream routes, terminal WebSocket, Blueprint Studio WebSocket subscriptions, call_service, render_template, global_replace, file and stream access paths, upload handling, and terminal helpers. A non-admin user could invoke arbitrary Home Assistant services, expose Home Assistant state through templates, modify configuration files, access streamed or downloaded configuration content, upload files, or reach terminal-related helpers. These actions could compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Home Assistant installation. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.2. 22 Oct
