CVE-2025-13357 9.8 critical 1.0% hashicorp, terraform_provider Vault’s Terraform Provider incorrectly set the default deny_null_bind parameter for the LDAP auth method to false by default, potentially resulting in an insecure configuration. If the underlying LDAP server allowed anonymous or unauthenticated binds, this could result in authentication bypass. This vulnerability, CVE-2025-13357, is fixed in Vault Terraform Provider v5.5.0. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-15067 8.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet Snowflake Terraform Provider versions prior to 2.18.0 contain several security vulnerabilities, including SQL injection via an unsanitized data source input could result in arbitrary SQL execution under the provider's privileged Snowflake session, potentially enabling sensitive data exfiltration and minting of long-lived access credentials. Exploitation requires the ability for an attacker to influence a workspace variable in a pipeline where this data source was enabled. Improper neutralization of identifier content in user resource inputs could allow DDL injection into user management statements, potentially causing accounts to be created with attacker-controlled credentials and without the security controls configured by the operator. The fix is available in Snowflake Terraform Provider version 2.18.0. Users must manually upgrade. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-115414 8.4 high 1.0% no CPE yet OS command injection in the Terraform hook in AWS SAM CLI before 1.166.2 might allow an actor who can influence the Terraform configuration or plan file consumed by a build to execute arbitrary commands as the build user on the host running the build via a crafted Terraform resource address. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.166.2 or later. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-64679 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet Atlantis is a self-hosted golang application that listens for Terraform pull request events via webhooks. From 0.19.8 until 0.45.0, Atlantis does not consistently validate user-controlled workspace values supplied through accepted repository-level atlantis.yaml configuration or authenticated /api/plan input before joining them into local workspace paths. Traversal segments can escape the intended per-pull workspace directory and cause clone preparation or other working-directory code paths to call os.RemoveAll, os.MkdirAll, or related filesystem operations on out-of-bounds directories before Terraform rejects the invalid workspace name. This can create, delete, or reuse writable paths with the privileges of the Atlantis process, causing integrity loss or denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 0.45.0. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-45099 6.9 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Terragrunt is a flexible orchestration tool that allows Infrastructure as Code written in OpenTofu or Terraform to scale. Prior to 1.0.4, Terragrunt trusts paths decoded from a downloaded module's .terragrunt-module-manifest during fileManifest.Clean() in internal/util/file.go. A malicious or compromised external module can place absolute or traversal paths in the manifest, causing cleanup to delete files outside the module cache that are accessible to the Terragrunt process before OpenTofu or Terraform executes. This deletion-only primitive can remove local source code or configuration and disrupt CI/CD pipelines. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.4. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-71494 5.9 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Infracost provides cloud cost intelligence for engineers, AI coding agents, and CI/CD. Prior to 0.10.45, internal/hcl/remote_variables_loader.go and related Terraform Cloud, remote-plan, and Terragrunt registry request paths can attach a configured Terraform Cloud or registry token to a destination hostname derived from untrusted Terraform input without confirming that it is the configured trusted host. When a CI run provides a token while scanning attacker-controlled Terraform, including pull_request_target or a same-repository pull request, an attacker can direct the request to an attacker-controlled host and disclose the token. Standard fork pull_request workflows without secrets are not exposed. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.45. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-16498 10.0 critical 0.00% no CPE yet The terraform-mcp-server before version 1.1.0 is vulnerable to a cross-tenant credential reuse issue in the streamable-HTTP stateless transport mode that may allow one user's Terraform token to be used to execute tool calls on behalf of subsequent users. This vulnerability, CVE-2026-16498, is fixed in terraform-mcp-server 1.1.0. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-102649 9.9 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Burrito is a Terraform Automation Collaboration Software (TACoS) Kubernetes operator. Prior to 0.13.0, `POST /api/webhook` accepts unsigned GitHub and GitLab events when a `TerraformRepository`'s credentials omit `webhookSecret` or set it to an empty value, including credentials configured for git authentication and polling. `Credential.WebhookSecret` is optional, and `go-playground/webhooks` skips signature or token verification when the secret is empty. Anyone who can reach `burrito-server`'s endpoint and knows a tracked repository's URL can forge events to create or delete `TerraformPullRequest` custom resources with attacker-chosen `Branch`, `Base`, and `ID` fields. For GitHub `pull_request` events, the controller fetches changed files using the real pull request number but does not cross-check the payload's branch against that pull request. Pairing a real, existing pull request number with an unrelated existing branch in the same repository can therefore cause an unauthorized `terraform plan` for affected layers using the operator's stored git and cloud credentials. Code analysis also indicates that the resulting plan can be posted to the real pull request's comment thread, exposing and misattributing another branch's infrastructure changes. Auto-apply is disabled for these temporary layers, so this vulnerability alone cannot force a `terraform apply`; plan-time provider and data-source code execution depends on the selected branch's contents. This issue is fixed in version 0.13.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-33646 9.6 critical 0.00% no CPE yet mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.3.10, mise processes .tool-versions files through the Tera template engine during parsing, with the exec() function registered, enabling arbitrary command execution. Unlike .mise.toml files, .tool-versions files are not subject to trust verification in non-paranoid mode. This means an attacker can place a malicious .tool-versions file in a git repository, and when a victim with mise activated cds into the directory, arbitrary commands execute without any trust prompt. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.3.10. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-7428 9.2 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Prior to 2025-11-03, well-intended users of Terraform or REST API for Google Cloud AlloyDB for PostgreSQL could have created clusters with an insecure default password which could have been exploited by a remote attacker to gain full administrative access to the database. Exploitation required network access to the AlloyDB cluster and was limited to Terraform or the REST API, as other clients blocked it. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-91881 9.0 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Dell Terraform Provider for Redfish, versions prior to 1.6.2, contains an Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in the HTTP transport component. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to information exposure and unauthorized access. This is a Critical severity vulnerability as it allows an unauthenticated attacker to intercept all Redfish BMC traffic including credentials by performing a man-in-the-middle attack, since TLS certificate verification is unconditionally disabled in the base HTTP transport. Dell recommends customers to upgrade at the earliest opportunity. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-16496 8.9 high 0.00% no CPE yet The terraform-mcp-server before version 1.1.0 is vulnerable to an authorization bypass in the streamable-HTTP stateful transport mode that may allow a user who obtains another user's MCP session ID to have their tool calls executed using that user's Terraform credentials. This vulnerability, CVE-2026-16496, is fixed in terraform-mcp-server 1.1.0. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-116676 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Atlantis is a self-hosted golang application that listens for Terraform pull request events via webhooks. From version 0.4.0 until 0.47.1, Atlantis passes the pull-request-controlled workspace value from atlantis.yaml into Terraform command arguments that are joined with strings.Join(args, " ") and executed through sh -c. An authenticated contributor whose pull request is eligible for an Atlantis plan can include shell metacharacters in the workspace name, causing arbitrary commands to execute as the Atlantis service account without custom workflows, apply permission, or a malicious Terraform provider. External contributors can reach the flaw through fork pull requests only when --allow-fork-prs is enabled, while eligible same-repository branches do not require that option. The commands inherit the Atlantis process environment and can access cloud-provider, Terraform, and version-control credentials as well as files, state, and network resources available to the service. This issue is fixed in version 0.47.1. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-55441 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.6.4, mise's trust feature gates config files (mise.toml, .tool-versions) through trust_check, but task-include files are loaded on a path that never reaches it. When a directory has a task-include dir (mise-tasks/, .mise/tasks/, …) but no config file, mise falls back to the default includes and renders each task's tera fields — and that tera environment has exec() registered. A {{ exec(command='…') }} in any rendered field runs arbitrary commands the moment the tasks are merely listed. There's no config file to gate on, so no trust prompt ever appears. Read-only commands trigger it: mise tasks, mise task ls, mise run, mise tasks --usage (the query shell completion runs on Tab). The victim only has to cd into a cloned repo and list or tab-complete a task. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.6.4. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-14869 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet The terraform-mcp-server before version 1.1.0 is vulnerable to a server-side request forgery issue in the streamable-HTTP transport that may allow an unauthenticated remote client to redirect the server's Terraform API requests, and the server-side authorization token, to an attacker-controlled endpoint. This vulnerability, CVE-2026-14869, is fixed in terraform-mcp-server 1.1.0. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-91882 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet Dell Terraform Provider for OME, versions 1.0.0 through 1.2.3, contains an Insertion of Sensitive Information into Externally-Accessible File or Directory vulnerability in the API client error handling component. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to information exposure. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-14504 8.2 high 0.00% sonatype, nexus_repository_manager An authorization bypass in Nexus Repository 3's component upload API allowed a user with only read/browse privileges on a Swift, Terraform, or Conda hosted repository to upload arbitrary artifacts, bypassing the intended write-permission check. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-58437 8.1 high 0.00% coder Coder allows organizations to provision remote development environments via Terraform. In versions 2.22.0 through 2.24.3, 2.25.0 and 2.25.1, Coder can be compromised through insecure session handling in prebuilt workspaces. Coder automatically generates a session token for a user when a workspace is started. It is automatically exposed via coder_workspace_owner.session_token. Prebuilt workspaces are initially owned by a built-in prebuilds system user. When a prebuilt workspace is claimed, a new session token is generated for the user that claimed the workspace, but the previous session token for the prebuilds user was not expired. Any Coder workspace templates that persist this automatically generated session token are potentially impacted. This is fixed in versions 2.24.4 and 2.25.2. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-103929 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.7.14, in the default non-safe mode, mise loads .mise.toml [settings] from an untrusted local project before trust approval and strip_local_only_settings removes only fields marked global_only. The unix_default_file_shell_args, unix_default_inline_shell_args, windows_default_file_shell_args, and windows_default_inline_shell_args settings were not marked global_only, allowing a repository to replace the default interpreter arguments used by trusted tasks that have no explicit shell, postinstall directives, template exec operations, or hooks that fall back to the default shell. When mise appends the trusted command after the attacker-controlled interpreter arguments, the attacker-selected command can execute first with the developer account's privileges even though the local configuration was never trusted. The separate path-sanitization hardening note in the advisory is outside this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7.14. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-14468 7.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet HashiCorp Terraform Enterprise contained an issue in its version control system (VCS) ingestion of registry modules that did not correctly enforce the intended boundary on packaged module content. This may allow an authenticated user to include files from outside the intended repository content in a module and then download them, potentially exposing sensitive files readable by the ingestion process. This vulnerability, CVE-2026-14468, is fixed in Terraform Enterprise v2.0.4 and v1.2.4. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2025-68922 7.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet OpenOps before 0.6.11 allows remote code execution in the Terraform block. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-116683 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet CTFer.io's CTFd Terraform Provider manages CTFd resources as code. From 0.1.5 until 2.8.2, ctfd_team.password is stored as a non-sensitive value in Terraform state. A local or remote user with access to that state can read the team password without an additional decryption step. This issue is fixed in 2.8.2. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-71477 6.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.7.1, release tar archives record mise/bin/mise with user and group ID 1001 and packaging/standalone/install.envsubst extracts and moves it without normalizing ownership, allowing a local user with those IDs to replace a root-installed executable, especially when MISE_INSTALL_PATH targets a shared location such as /usr/local/bin. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7.1. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-65924 6.5 medium 0.00% jfrog, artifactory JFrog Artifactory support for Terraform remote repositories was found to be susceptible to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). An authenticated user - or, if anonymous access is enabled on the repository, an unauthenticated user - could cause Artifactory to issue outbound HTTP requests to arbitrary destinations and receive the response content. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-55448 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. From 2026.3.15 until 2026.6.4, mise loads github.credential_command from local project config before any trust decision, then executes that value with sh -c when resolving a GitHub token. An attacker who can place a .mise.toml in a repository can execute arbitrary shell commands when the victim runs a GitHub-related mise command and no higher-priority GitHub token environment variable is set. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.6.4. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-111929 6.0 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Coder from 2.30.0 before 2.34.8 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in the provisioner daemon DownloadFile gRPC handler that allows authenticated provisioner daemons to download other organizations' cached Terraform module archives. Attackers with an org-scoped provisioner key and a known file UUID can retrieve module source code exposing infrastructure topology or embedded secrets. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-54557 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.6.1, the mise HTTP backend builds its install symlink destination from the raw resolved version string for non-latest versions. Normal tool install paths use the sanitized version pathname, but the HTTP backend's symlink path uses the raw value. On Unix-like systems, if that version is an absolute path, PathBuf::join discards the intended mise installs root. A repository-controlled .tool-versions file can therefore make mise install create a symlink outside the mise install tree. With bin_path, the same issue can place an executable symlink under an attacker-selected absolute prefix, such as a developer-tool prefix that is later added to PATH. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.6.1. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-76113 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Dell Terraform Provider for Redfish, versions 1.1.0 through 1.6.1, contains an Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in the redfish_certificate resource component. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to information exposure. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-91883 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Dell Terraform Provider for OME, versions 1.0.0 through 1.2.3, contains an Insertion of Sensitive Information into Log File vulnerability in the provider configuration component. A low privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to information exposure. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-13432 4.3 medium 0.00% hashicorp, terraform Terraform state versions can be created by a user with specific but insufficient permissions in a Terraform Enterprise workspace. This may allow for the alteration of infrastructure if a subsequent plan operation is approved by a user with approval permission or auto-applied. This vulnerability, CVE-2025-13432, is fixed in Terraform Enterprise version 1.1.1 and 1.0.3. 8 Oct
