| CVE-2024-36904 | 7.8 high | 1.0% | linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: Use refcount_inc_not_zero() in tcp_twsk_unique(). Anderson Nascimento reported a use-after-free splat in tcp_twsk_unique() with nice analysis. Since commit ec94c2696f0b ("tcp/dccp: avoid one atomic operation for timewait hashdance"), inet_twsk_hashdance() sets TIME-WAIT socket's sk_refcnt after putting it into ehash and releasing the bucket lock. Thus, there is a small race window where other threads could try to reuse the port during connect() and call sock_hold() in tcp_twsk_unique() for the TIME-WAIT socket with zero refcnt. If that happens, the refcnt taken by tcp_twsk_unique() is overwritten and sock_put() will cause underflow, triggering a real use-after-free somewhere else. To avoid the use-after-free, we need to use refcount_inc_not_zero() in tcp_twsk_unique() and give up on reusing the port if it returns false. [0]: refcount_t: addition on 0; use-after-free. | CVE-2026-59279 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | vmware, spring_ai | The MCP Streamable HTTP server transport (WebFlux and WebMvc variants) does not place any limit on the number of sessions it retains, and by default does not require clients to be authenticated. As a result, a remote attacker can cause the server to accumulate an unbounded number of sessions over time, gradually exhausting available memory and ultimately causing a Denial of Service that affects all legitimate clients. Affected versions: Spring AI: 2.0.0 | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106121 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | vmware, rabbitmq_java_client | The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes. Prior to 5.37.0, com.rabbitmq.tools.json.JSONReader.read() fails to terminate when input ends inside a quoted string or a line comment because its string and whitespace scanners do not stop at CharacterIterator.DONE. The default DefaultJsonRpcMapper passes JSON-RPC message bodies to this parser for JsonRpcServer and client replies. A truncated string causes the parser to append replacement end markers until heap exhaustion, while a line comment without a terminating newline can keep a thread consuming CPU indefinitely, resulting in denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 5.37.0. | 9 Oct |
| CVE-2025-41252 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Description: VMware NSX contains a username enumeration vulnerability. | CVE-2025-40273 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: NFSD: free copynotify stateid in nfs4_free_ol_stateid() Typically copynotify stateid is freed either when parent's stateid is being close/freed or in nfsd4_laundromat if the stateid hasn't been used in a lease period. However, in case when the server got an OPEN (which created a parent stateid), followed by a COPY_NOTIFY using that stateid, followed by a client reboot. New client instance while doing CREATE_SESSION would force expire previous state of this client. It leads to the open state being freed thru release_openowner-> nfs4_free_ol_stateid() and it finds that it still has copynotify stateid associated with it. We currently print a warning and is triggerred WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 8858 at fs/nfsd/nfs4state.c:1550 nfs4_free_ol_stateid+0xb0/0x100 [nfsd] This patch, instead, frees the associated copynotify stateid here. If the parent stateid is freed (without freeing the copynotify stateids associated with it), it leads to the list corruption when laundromat ends up freeing the copynotify state later.
