| CVE-2025-51846exploit | 8.7 high | 1.0% | xwiki, cryptpad | CryptPad 2025.3.1 allows unbounded WebSocket frame flood. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can significantly degrade or deny service for all users of a CryptPad instance. Fixed in 2026.2.2. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2023-32070exploit | 6.1 medium | 1.0% | xwiki, rendering | XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform. Prior to version 14.6-rc-1, HTML rendering didn't check for dangerous attributes/attribute values. This allowed cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks via attributes and link URLs, e.g., supported in XWiki syntax. This has been patched in XWiki 14.6-rc-1. There are no known workarounds apart from upgrading to a fixed version. | 12 h ago |
| CVE-2023-29525 | 8.8 high | 78.0% | xwiki | XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform offering runtime services for applications built on top of it. Affected versions of xwiki are subject to code injection in the `since` parameter of the `/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/Notifications/Code/LegacyNotificationAdministration` endpoint. This provides an XWiki syntax injection attack via the since-parameter, allowing privilege escalation from view to programming rights and subsequent code execution privilege. The vulnerability has been patched in XWiki 15.0-rc-1, 14.10.3, 14.4.8 and 14.10.3. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade may modify the page `XWiki.Notifications.Code.LegacyNotificationAdministration` to add the missing escaping. For versions < 14.6-rc-1 a workaround is to modify the file `<xwikiwebapp>/templates/distribution/eventmigration.wiki` to add the missing escaping. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2025-53837 | 9.9 critical | 2.0% | no CPE yet | XWiki Rendering is a generic rendering system that converts textual input in a given syntax (wiki syntax, HTML, etc) into another syntax (XHTML, etc). Prior to versions 14.10.2 and 15.0 RC1, any user who can edit their own user profile or any other document can execute arbitrary script macros including Groovy and Python macros that allow remote code execution including unrestricted read and write access to all wiki contents. The reason is that rendering output is included as content of HTML macros without further escaping and it is thus possible to close the HTML macro and inject script macros that are executed with programming rights. This has been patched in XWiki 14.10.2 and 15.0 RC1 by making sure that rendering output cannot close the surrounding HTML macro. A possible workaround is available. It is, in principle, possible to add escaping to all places where rendering output is used in wiki documents, but at the moment there is no list of them. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2025-52472 | 9.3 critical | 2.0% | no CPE yet | XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform offering runtime services for applications built on top of it. Starting in version 4.3-milestone-1 and prior to versions 16.10.9, 17.4.2, and 17.5.0, the REST search URL is vulnerable to HQL injection via the `orderField` parameter. The specified value is added twice in the query, though, once in the field list for the select and once in the order clause, so it's not that easy to exploit. The part of the query between the two fields can be enclosed in single quotes to effectively remove them, but the query still needs to remain valid with the query two times in it. This has been patched in versions 17.5.0, 17.4.2, and 16.10.9. No known workarounds are available. | 9 Oct |
| CVE-2025-55729 | 10.0 critical | 1.0% | no CPE yet | XWiki Remote Macros provides XWiki rendering macros that are useful when migrating content from Confluence. Starting in version 1.0 and prior to version 1.26.5, missing escaping of the ac:type in the ConfluenceLayoutSection macro allows remote code execution for any user who can edit any page The classes parameter is used without escaping in XWiki syntax, thus allowing XWiki syntax injection which enables remote code execution. Version 1.26.5 has a fix for the issue. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-55730 | 10.0 critical | 1.0% | no CPE yet | XWiki Remote Macros provides XWiki rendering macros that are useful when migrating content from Confluence. Starting in version 1.0 and prior to version 1.26.5, missing escaping of the title in the confluence paste code macro allows remote code execution for any user who can edit any page. The classes parameter is used without escaping in XWiki syntax, thus allowing XWiki syntax injection which enables remote code execution. Version 1.26.5 has a fix for the issue. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-55727 | 9.8 critical | 1.0% | xwiki, pro_macros | XWiki Remote Macros provides XWiki rendering macros that are useful when migrating content from Confluence. Starting in version 1.0 and prior to version 1.26.5, missing escaping of the width parameter in the column macro allows remote code execution for any user who can edit any page or who can access the CKEditor converter. The width parameter is used without escaping in XWiki syntax, thus allowing XWiki syntax injection which enables remote code execution when the macro has been installed by a user with programming right, or it at least allows executing Velocity code as the wiki admin. Version 1.26.5 contains a patch for the issue. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-55728 | 9.8 critical | 1.0% | xwiki, pro_macros | XWiki Remote Macros provides XWiki rendering macros that are useful when migrating content from Confluence. Starting in version 1.0 and prior to version 1.26.5, missing escaping of the classes parameter in the panel macro allows remote code execution for any user who can edit any page The classes parameter is used without escaping in XWiki syntax, thus allowing XWiki syntax injection which enables remote code execution. Version 1.26.5 contains a patch for the issue. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-48048 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform. XWiki discovered that the patch for GHSA-5cf8-vrr8-8hjm was insufficient. Starting with version 6.2.1 and prior to versions 18.0.0RC1, 17.10.13, 17.4.9 and 16.10.17, with slightly modified parameters to the `LiveTableResults`, it is still possible to discover password hashes one bit at a time, so with 768 requests, the full password salt and hash can be retrieved of a user. The check for password (and email properties) has been adjusted in XWiki 18.0.0RC1, 17.10.13, 17.4.9 and 16.10.17. As a workaround, the patch can be applied manually to the wiki page `XWiki.LiveTableResultsMacros`. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40105 | 6.5 medium | 1.0% | xwiki | XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform offering runtime services for applications built on top of it. Versions 10.4-rc-1, through 16.10.15, 17.0.0-rc-1, through 17.4.7 and 17.5.0-rc-1 through 17.10.0 contain a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability (XSS) in the comparison view between revisions of a page allows executing JavaScript code in the user's browser. If the current user is an admin, this can not only affect the current user but also the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the whole XWiki instance. If developers are unable to update immediately, they can apply the patch manually to templates/changesdoc.vm in the deployed WAR. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-48047 | 5.9 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | XWiki Platform WebJars API is a package for XWiki, a generic wiki platform. Starting with version 9.6-rc-1 and prior to versions 16.10.17, 17.4.9, and 17.10.3, a potential path traversal vulnerability allow an attacker who manages to get a malicious WebJar extension installed on the wiki to write arbitrary files. While the consequences could be severe like overriding configuration files and setting the superadmin password, the attack first requires that the attacker already has admin access to at least a subwiki to be able to install a malicious extension. Further, the attacker needs to publish a malicious extension in an extension repository that is configured in the instance. This vulnerability has been patched in XWiki 16.10.17, 17.4.9, 17.10.3, and 18.0.0RC1. XWiki is not aware of any workarounds except for being careful whom developers grant script and admin rights to. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44179 | 9.9 critical | — | no CPE yet | XWiki Remote Macros provides XWiki rendering macros that are useful when migrating content from Confluence. From 1.13 until 1.14.5, the `excerpt-include` macro does not properly escape the included page's title and executes `excerpt` content with the macro's rights. The title handling in `xwiki-pro-macros-ui/src/main/resources/Confluence/Macros/ExcerptInclude.xml` and the rendering of `excerpt` content into XWiki syntax both allow syntax injection. Any user able to edit a page, even without script or programming rights, can supply executable macro syntax in the title or `excerpt` and cause remote code execution when the page is included. This affects confidentiality, integrity and availability of the whole XWiki installation. This issue is fixed in version 1.14.5. | 16 h ago |
| CVE-2025-49594 | 9.2 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | XWiki OIDC has various tools to manipulate OpenID Connect protocol in XWiki. Starting in version 2.17.1 and prior to version 2.18.2, anyone with VIEW access to a user profile can create a token for that user. If that XWiki instance is configured to allow token authentication, it allows authentication with any user (since users are very commonly viewable, at least to other registered users). Version 2.18.2 contains a patch. As a workaround, disable token access. | 9 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40104 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | xwiki | XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform offering runtime services for applications built on top of it. Versions 1.8-rc-1, 17.0.0-rc-1 and 17.5.0-rc-1 and prior include a resource exhaustion vulnerability in REST API endpoints such as /xwiki/rest/wikis/xwiki/spaces/AnnotationCode/pages/AnnotationConfig/objects/AnnotationCode.AnnotationConfig/0/properties, which list all available pages as part of the metadata for database list properties without applying query limits. On large wikis, this can exhaust available server resources. This issue has been patched in versions 16.10.16, 17.4.8 and 17.10.1. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-65089 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | xwiki, pro_macros | XWiki Remote Macros provides XWiki rendering macros that are useful when migrating content from Confluence. Prior to version 1.27.0, a user with no view rights on a page may see the content of an office attachment displayed with the view file macro. This issue has been patched in version 1.27.0. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-54990 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | XWiki AdminTools integrates administrative tools for managing a running XWiki instance. Prior to version 1.1, users without admin rights have access to AdminTools.SpammedPages. View rights are not restricted only to admin users for AdminTools.SpammedPages. While no data is visible to non admin users, the page is still accessible. This issue has been patched in version 1.1. A workaround involves setting the view rights for the AdminTools space to be only available for the XWikiAdminGroup. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42140 | 4.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | PlantUML Macro is a macro for rendering UML diagrams from simple textual schemes. Prior to version 2.4.1, the PlantUML Macro is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). The macro allows users to specify an alternative PlantUML server via the server parameter. However, the application does not validate the supplied URL. An attacker can supply an internal IP address or a malicious external URL. The XWiki server will attempt to connect to this URL to "render" the diagram. This issue has been patched in version 2.4.1. | Mon 26 Oct |
