| CVE-2026-45205 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | apache, commons_configuration | Uncontrolled Recursion vulnerability in Apache Commons. When processing an untrusted configuration file, Commons Configuration will throw a StackOverflowError for YAML input with cycles. This issue affects Apache Commons: from 2.2 before 2.15.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.15.0, which fixes the issue. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-53550 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | nodeca, js-yaml | js-yaml is a JavaScript YAML parser and dumper. Prior to 4.2.0 and 3.15.0, a crafted YAML document can trigger algorithmic CPU exhaustion in js-yaml merge-key processing (<<) by repeating the same alias many times in a merge sequence. This causes quadratic parse-time behavior relative to input size and can block a Node.js worker/event loop for seconds with a relatively small payload (tens of KB), resulting in denial of service. The issue is in merge handling inside lib/loader.js. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.2.0 and 3.15.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55998 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The endpoint /v3/import/{token}_{clusterId}.yaml retrieves the cluster object before validating the token. When a valid cluster ID references a cluster that has private registry secrets configured, a nil pointer dereference in pkg/systemtemplate/private_registry.go causes the request to return HTTP 502 Bad Gateway. For cluster IDs that do not exist, the endpoint returns HTTP 200. This observable difference in response codes constitutes a reliable enumeration oracle. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-112310 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | docling-core 2.5.0 before 2.103.0 contains a local file disclosure vulnerability that allows attackers to read local images by supplying plain filesystem paths in ImageRef URIs, bypassing the allow_image_file_uri gate. Attackers can submit crafted DoclingDocument JSON or YAML that, when exported with ImageRefMode.EMBEDDED or rendered to HTML, embeds readable local image files as base64 and reveals path existence. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-58493 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | grav-plugin-database is the database plugin for Grav CMS. Prior to 1.2.0, Database::__call builds PDO DSN strings by directly concatenating user-configurable YAML values from fields such as host, dbname, charset, server, database, directory, and filename without sanitization or validation, allowing an administrator with plugin configuration access to inject DSN attributes or path traversal values. This issue is fixed in version 1.2.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44936 | 5.0 medium | 0.00% | suse, rancher_fleet | Missing filtering when the helmRepoURLRegex field isn't set on a GitRepo resource in SUSE Rancher Fleet's bundle reader in 0.15 before 0.15.2, 0.14 before 0.14.6, 0.13 before 0.13.11 and 0.12 before 0.12.15 forwards Helm authentication credentials (BasicAuth) to any URL specified in the helm.repo field of a fleet.yaml file, allowing attackers able to push to fleet monitored git repos to leak helm access credentials. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40557 | 4.8 medium | 0.00% | apache, storm_prometheus_reporter | Improper Certificate Validation via Global SSL Context Downgrade in Apache Storm Prometheus Reporter Versions Affected: from 2.6.3 to 2.8.6 Description: In production deployments where an administrator enables storm.daemon.metrics.reporter.plugin.prometheus.skip_tls_validation (by default it is disabled) intending to affect only the Prometheus reporter, the undocumented global side effect creates an attack surface across every TLS-protected communication channel in the Storm daemon. The PrometheusPreparableReporter class implements an INSECURE_TRUST_MANAGER that accepts all SSL certificates without validation, with empty checkClientTrusted and checkServerTrusted methods. Most critically, when the storm.daemon.metrics.reporter.plugin.prometheus.skip_tls_validation configuration option is enabled (default = disabled) for HTTPS Prometheus PushGateway connections, the INSECURE_CONNECTION_FACTORY calls SSLContext.setDefault(sslContext), which globally replaces the JVM's default SSL context rather than applying the insecure context only to the Prometheus connection. This payload flows through storm.yaml configuration → PrometheusPreparableReporter.prepare() → INSECURE_CONNECTION_FACTORY → SSLContext.setDefault(), resulting in a JVM-wide TLS security downgrade. All subsequent HTTPS connections in the process - including ZooKeeper, Thrift, Netty, and UI connections - silently trust all certificates, including self-signed, expired, and attacker-generated ones, enabling man-in-the-middle interception of cluster state, topology submissions, tuple data, and administrative credentials. Mitigation: 2.x users should upgrade to 2.8.7 if the Prometheus Metrics Reporter is used. Prometheus Metrics Reporter Users who cannot upgrade immediately should remove the storm.daemon.metrics.reporter.plugin.prometheus.skip_tls_validation: true setting from their storm.yaml configuration and instead configure a proper truststore containing the PushGateway's certificate. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-9318 | 4.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | tablib prior to 3.10.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the HTML export functionality that allows attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript by embedding malicious payloads in dataset titles, which are interpolated unsanitized into HTML output via the export_book method in the _html.py format handler. Attackers can rename worksheet sheets in imported files such as XLSX, ODS, XLS, or YAML with script payloads that are assigned to the Dataset title attribute and rendered unescaped inside an HTML h3 tag, leading to session hijacking, unauthorized administrative actions, and sensitive data exposure when the output is rendered in a browser. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107850 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Contao is an Open Source CMS. From version 5.7.1 until 5.7.12, core-bundle/config/services.yaml registers the preview access voter as Contao\CoreBundle\Security\Voter\DataContainer\PreviewAccessVoter although the shipped class is PreviewVoter. Symfony therefore omits voter autoconfiguration and removes the private service, so PreviewVoter::hasAccess() never enforces ownership. A non-admin backend user with the preview_link module can list every tl_preview_link record, obtain signed share URLs created by other users, and use them to view unpublished pages with showUnpublished despite lacking page permission. The advisory does not establish editing or deletion of foreign links. This issue is fixed in version 5.7.12. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-77564 | 3.3 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Talos Linux is a Linux distribution built for Kubernetes deployments. Prior to 1.12.9 and 1.13.3, talosctl support includes the auth field from resources/registryconfigs.cri.talos.dev.yaml and sensitive content from etcfilespecs.files.talos.dev.yaml in generated support bundles instead of marking or redacting those resources. An operator who shares a bundle with an unintended party can therefore disclose private registry authentication parameters, with impact depending on the registry's network exposure and credential privileges. Talos 1.14 and later encrypt support bundles by default, which reduces but does not replace the need for redaction. This issue is fixed in versions 1.12.9 and 1.13.3. | Thu 29 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42201 | 3.3 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to 4.0.0-beta.474, database credential fields (redis_password, keydb_password, dragonfly_password, clickhouse_admin_user, clickhouse_admin_password, postgres_user, mysql_user) are validated only as 'string' at the API layer, with zero shell-safety checks. These values are then interpolated directly into Docker Compose YAML command: strings without any escaping. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.474. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2025-13948 | 2.9 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was determined in opsre go-ldap-admin up to 20251011. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file docs/docker-compose/docker-compose.yaml of the component JWT Handler. Executing manipulation of the argument secret key can lead to use of hard-coded cryptographic key . The attack can be launched remotely. Attacks of this nature are highly complex. The exploitability is assessed as difficult. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-71438 | 2.4 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Mermaid is a JavaScript tool that uses Markdown-inspired text to create and modify diagrams and charts. Prior to 10.9.8 and 11.16.1, Mermaid's configuration setters (mermaid.initialize, mermaidAPI.setConfig, and mermaidAPI.updateSiteConfig) merge caller-supplied configuration into Mermaid's internal config using the assignWithDepth deep-merge helper, which is vulnerable to prototype pollution. This is only exploitable if an application forwards untrusted data directly into one of these configuration entry points, which is outside their documented usage; diagram-supplied configuration (e.g. %%{init: {}}%% or YAML frontmatter) is not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 10.9.8 and 11.16.1. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-65636 | 2.1 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences vulnerability in ufirstgroup ymlr (Elixir.Ymlr module) allows attackers to inject arbitrary content into generated YAML documents through document comments. Ymlr.document!/2 interpolates each caller-supplied comment string into the output behind a single # prefix without validating it or escaping line breaks. Because a YAML comment is terminated by a line break, the first carriage return or line feed in the comment string ends the comment context and everything after it is emitted at column 0 of the document body. An attacker who controls text that the host application passes as a comment can forge top-level mapping keys, override values the application itself set, and emit --- or ... markers that split the output into additional documents. Downstream consumers of the generated YAML, such as configuration loaders, deployment manifests, CI pipelines and data importers, parse the injected content as legitimate data. The same clause backs Ymlr.document/2, Ymlr.documents!/2 and Ymlr.documents/2, so every document encoding entry point is affected. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/ymlr.ex and program routines 'Elixir.Ymlr':document!/2, 'Elixir.Ymlr':documents!/2. This issue affects ymlr from 0.0.1 before 5.1.6. | 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-15505 | 2.0 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A weakness has been identified in vnotex vnote up to 3.20.1. Impacted is an unknown function of the file /src/data/extra/web/js/markdownit.js of the component YAML Frontmatter. This manipulation of the argument p_metaData causes cross site scripting. The attack may be initiated remotely. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109282 | 2.0 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | ImageMagick before 6.9.13-57 and 7.x before 7.1.2-32 contains a type confusion flaw in the INFO, JSON and YAML encoders, where an internal method receives a pointer of an unexpected type when writing an image in a compressed format. An attacker who can cause such an image write can trigger a SIGABRT or SIGSEGV, crashing the process and causing denial of service. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-98021 | unscored | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: reject oversized tx_queue_len at netlink parse time rtnl_create_link() assigns IFLA_TXQLEN directly to dev->tx_queue_len without going through netif_change_tx_queue_len(), so a device created with "ip link add ... txqueuelen 500000" bypasses the S16_MAX cap and still triggers the oversized ring allocations in pfifo_fast, tun and tap. The veth peer nest (rtnl_nla_parse_ifinfomsg()) and the RTM_NEWLINK-on-existing-device path reach the same sinks. Enforce the cap in ifla_policy instead: IFLA_TXQLEN becomes NLA_POLICY_FULL_RANGE(NLA_U32, &txqlen_range) with txqlen_range = { .min = 0, .max = S16_MAX }. All netlink consumers parse against this policy - rtnl_setlink(), rtnl_newlink() (create and change), and the veth peer nest - so every netlink path is capped at parse time and rejects the attribute with -ERANGE plus a proper "integer out of range" extack message before any device state is modified (the RTM_SETLINK half-application wart is gone with it). Document the bound in the rt-link.yaml netlink spec. Conditions to recreate the bug: - CONFIG_NET_SCHED=y, CONFIG_VETH=y, CONFIG_USER_NS=y, CONFIG_NET_NS=y. - Unprivileged user in a fresh user+net namespace (unshare -Urn): ip link add v0 txqueuelen 500000 type veth peer name v1 -> on the fixed kernel this is rejected with -ERANGE ("integer out of range" extack) instead of installing an oversized tx_queue_len that later inflates pfifo_fast/tun/tap ring allocations. - ip link set v0 txqueuelen 500000 is likewise rejected at parse time. | 21 Oct |
