CVE-2025-58180exploit ×2 7.5 high 22.0% octoprint OctoPrint provides a web interface for controlling consumer 3D printers. OctoPrint versions up until and including 1.11.2 contain a vulnerability that allows an authenticated attacker to upload a file under a specially crafted filename that will allow arbitrary command execution if said filename becomes included in a command defined in a system event handler and said event gets triggered. If no event handlers executing system commands with uploaded filenames as parameters have been configured, this vulnerability does not have an impact. The vulnerability is patched in version 1.11.3. As a workaround, OctoPrint administrators who have event handlers configured that include any kind of filename based placeholders should disable those by setting their `enabled` property to `False` or unchecking the "Enabled" checkbox in the GUI based Event Manager. Alternatively, OctoPrint administrators should set `feature.enforceReallyUniversalFilenames` to `true` in `config.yaml` and restart OctoPrint, then vet the existing uploads and make sure to delete any suspicious looking files. As always, OctoPrint administrators are advised to not expose OctoPrint on hostile networks like the public internet, and to vet who has access to their instance. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53519exploit ×2 9.1 critical 2.0% no CPE yet Nezha Monitoring is a self-hostable, lightweight, servers and websites monitoring and O&M tool. Prior to version 2.0.13, fallbackToFrontend in the dashboard's NoRoute handler treats any URL whose raw string starts with /dashboard as an admin-frontend asset request. The check uses strings.HasPrefix, not a path-segment match, so the input /dashboard../data/config.yaml is accepted; strings.TrimPrefix leaves ../data/config.yaml; and path.Join("admin-dist", "../data/config.yaml") normalizes to data/config.yaml — which os.Stat finds and http.ServeFile returns. No authentication required. This issue has been patched in version 2.0.13. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-69098exploit 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet kotaemon through 0.12.0 contains an insecure deserialization vulnerability in the check_connection endpoint that allows unauthenticated attackers to instantiate arbitrary Python classes by supplying crafted YAML/JSON input with a __type__ field. Attackers can exploit this to override the __type__ field with subprocess.check_output and arbitrary arguments, achieving remote code execution with application process privileges. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-53995exploit 8.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet MLflow 3.17.1 and earlier contains a path traversal vulnerability in the FileStore tracking backend that allows unauthenticated attackers to control filesystem paths by submitting a crafted trace ID containing traversal sequences to the POST /api/3.0/mlflow/traces endpoint. Attackers can exploit FileStore.start_trace() to write trace_info.yaml, request_metadata, and tag files with attacker-controlled metadata outside the intended experiment trace directory, subject to the server process's filesystem permissions. FileStore is the default tracking backend before MLflow 3.7.0 and opt-in thereafter (the default changed to a SQLite database), so deployments in the earlier part of the affected range are vulnerable without special configuration while later ones are affected only when FileStore is explicitly selected. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-61450 7.1 high 5.0% no CPE yet Grav before 2.0.2 contains a Twig sandbox bypass that allows a page author (any admin.pages user, or anyone able to write to user/pages) to exfiltrate configuration secrets. Although the sandbox replaces the 'config' variable with a redacted facade and strips Config::get/toArray from the method allowlist, the raw container remains accessible via the allow-listed grav.offsetGet('config'), which returns the real Config object. Allow-listed object-dumping filters (json_encode, print_r, yaml_encode) then serialize that object at the PHP level without invoking the sandbox method gate, exposing the full config tree including plugin secrets such as SMTP credentials, API keys, and plugin DB credentials. This is an incomplete fix for GHSA-j274-39qw-32c9. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-72923 7.5 high 2.0% no CPE yet The OpenAPI.NET SDK contains a useful object model for OpenAPI documents in .NET along with common serializers to extract raw OpenAPI JSON and YAML documents from the model. In Microsoft.OpenApi.Readers versions before 1.6.30 and Microsoft.OpenApi.YamlReader from 2.0.0-preview.11 through 2.11.0 and 3.0.0 through 3.9.0, parsing a YAML OpenAPI document with nested anchors and aliases can consume uncontrolled memory. SharpYaml represents aliases as shared nodes in a small directed acyclic graph, but conversion to independent OpenAPI or System.Text.Json.Nodes.JsonNode trees duplicates every aliased path; without a node-count or nesting-depth limit, N nested anchors referenced k times can require k^N materialized nodes and terminate the process through an out-of-memory condition. The fixed readers bound materialization to 5,000,000 nodes and a nesting depth of 64 by default and report an OpenApiDiagnostic error when a limit is exceeded. This vulnerability is fixed in Microsoft.OpenApi.Readers 1.6.30 and Microsoft.OpenApi.YamlReader 2.12.0 and 3.10.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-66297 5.0 medium 2.0% livebook Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command (OS Command Injection) vulnerability in livebook-dev livebook allows command injection into generated deployment setup commands. LivebookWeb.Hub.Teams.DeploymentGroupAgentComponent.docker_instructions/2 and LivebookWeb.Hub.Teams.DeploymentGroupAgentComponent.fly_instructions/4 in lib/livebook_web/live/hub/teams/deployment_group_agent_component.ex interpolate deployment group environment variable values into the generated Docker and Fly.io setup commands without shell escaping. The values originate from the deployment group configuration and reach the sinks through Livebook.Hubs.Dockerfile.online_docker_info/3. Both sinks place the value inside a double-quoted shell word, so a value containing a command substitution such as $(...) or backticks is evaluated by the shell without any need to break out of the quoting, and a literal double quote terminates the quoted word and allows arbitrary further tokens. The generated command is displayed in the Livebook web interface with a copy button, so a user who copies it and runs it without reviewing it first executes the injected commands on their own machine, under their own account. An attacker requires privileges sufficient to set deployment group environment variables, while the resulting code execution occurs on the machine of whoever runs the generated command. The Kubernetes instructions are not affected, because they render the same values into a YAML manifest with escaping rather than into a shell command. This issue affects livebook: from 0.13.0 before 0.18.7 and from 0.19.0 before 0.19.9. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-44182 10.0 critical 1.0% jupyter, enterprise_gateway Jupyter Enterprise Gateway launches remote Jupyter Notebook kernels across distributed clusters like Apache Spark, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm. In versions prior to 3.3.0, the server interpolates untrusted environment variables (e.g., KERNEL_XXX) into Kubernetes manifests without YAML-aware escaping, enabling YAML injection attacks. Attackers can inject new fields, overwrite critical fields (e.g., duplicate securityContext keys, where the last one prevails), and inject document boundaries (--- for new documents, ... for end-of-document) to generate multiple resources, potentially creating arbitrary types, such as privileged pods. The Jinja2 template for the Kubernetes manifest contains several kernel_xxx variables, such as kernel_working_dir that are used when rendering the manifest and are all vectors for YAML injection. This issue has been fixed in version 3.3.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-63293 9.9 critical 1.0% canonical, lxd A link following vulnerability in LXD allows an attacker to achieve arbitrary file read and write operations on the host system. When importing or unpacking an image archive, LXD fails to validate whether the metadata.yaml file is a symbolic link. An attacker can exploit this flaw by providing a crafted image archive with a symlinked metadata.yaml file pointing to target file paths on the host system. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-63294 9.9 critical 1.0% canonical, lxd A link following vulnerability in LXD allows an attacker to achieve root command execution on the host system. During the import or unpacking of crafted image or backup archives, LXD fails to properly validate and confine the backup.yaml file when it exists as a symbolic link. An attacker can exploit this flaw by providing a malicious archive with a symlinked backup.yaml file, causing LXD to process unconfined configuration metadata and execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-66897 9.9 critical 1.0% canonical, lxd A path traversal vulnerability in LXD's instance template processing allows an attacker with container edit permissions, or any user launching a crafted image, to overwrite arbitrary files on the host system as root. When processing target template paths specified in metadata.yaml, LXD validates the path against a confined os.Root directory handle but subsequently opens and creates the file using os.Create with an unconfined string path. This discrepancy between path resolution checks and file creation allows an attacker to escape directory confinement, overwrite root-owned host files, and achieve host root code execution. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-63125 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.3.0, an unprivileged, project-confined Incus user (a non-admin TLS/RBAC identity with `can_create_images` and `can_create_instances`) can execute arbitrary code as root on the host. A crafted image ships `backup.yaml` as a symlink to a host file. When the root daemon writes the instance's backup file, it follows the symlink. Version 7.3.0 patches the issue. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-40288 9.8 critical 1.0% praison, praisonai, praisonaiagents PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions below 4.5.139 of PraisonAI and 1.5.140 of praisonaiagents, the workflow engine is vulnerable to arbitrary command and code execution through untrusted YAML files. When praisonai workflow run <file.yaml> loads a YAML file with type: job, the JobWorkflowExecutor in job_workflow.py processes steps that support run: (shell commands via subprocess.run()), script: (inline Python via exec()), and python: (arbitrary Python script execution)—all without any validation, sandboxing, or user confirmation. The affected code paths include action_run() in workflow.py and _exec_shell(), _exec_inline_python(), and _exec_python_script() in job_workflow.py. An attacker who can supply or influence a workflow YAML file (particularly in CI pipelines, shared repositories, or multi-tenant deployment environments) can achieve full arbitrary command execution on the host system, compromising the machine and any accessible data or credentials. This issue has been fixed in versions 4.5.139 of PraisonAI and 1.5.140 of praisonaiagents. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47393 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. CVE-2026-44338 (GHSA-6rmh-7xcm-cpxj) documents that PraisonAI ships a code-generator (`praisonai.deploy.api.generate_api_server_code`) that emits a Flask API server with authentication disabled by default. Users who follow the documented quickstart (`praisonai deploy --type api`) get a server that binds to `0.0.0.0` per the recommended sample YAML, exposes `/chat` and `/agents` endpoints, runs `praisonai.run()` on user-supplied JSON input — LLM orchestration with the API key materials present in the process environment, and does not require any authentication. Versions prior to 4.6.40 still ship the generator with `auth_enabled` defaulting to `False`. The fix shape is opt-in via `APIConfig(auth_enabled=True, auth_token=...)`. Version 4.6.40 fixes the issue. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-56157 9.8 critical 1.0% langgenius, dify Default credentials in Dify thru 1.5.1. PostgreSQL username and password specified in the docker-compose.yaml file included in its source code. NOTE: the Supplier reports that the Docker configuration does not make PostgreSQL (on TCP port 5432) exposed by default in version 1.0.1 or later. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-44939 9.4 critical 1.0% no CPE yet A command injection vulnerability in the Rancher Manager cluster before 2.14.2 import endpoint /v3/import/{token}_{clusterId}.yaml through unsanitized YAML parameters could allow remote attackers to break out of an image, and execute e.g. malicious containers. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-77936 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Letta through 0.16.8 ships a compose.yaml that does not enable LETTA_SERVER_SECURE, so the password middleware is never added and all API routes are unauthenticated, and it exposes a superuser PostgreSQL port with default credentials. Remote attackers can execute arbitrary Python via POST /v1/tools/run, manage /v1/admin users, or run OS commands via COPY PROGRAM. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-111690 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Simple Admin Core through 1.8.7 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to forge super administrator tokens by using the hard-coded Auth.AccessSecret in api/etc/core.yaml. Attackers can sign a JWT with the public secret and roleId claim 001 to gain full administrative control over users, roles, menus, API authorities, configuration and tokens. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-57075 9.1 critical 1.0% no CPE yet YAML::Syck versions before 1.47 for Perl allow an out-of-bounds read via a signed-char lookup-table index in syck_base64dec. The base64 decoder in the bundled libsyck indexes the 256-entry static table b64_xtable with a signed char, so any !!binary byte >= 0x80 sign-extends to a negative index and reads before the table. The decoder receives the raw bytes of any !!binary node, a standard YAML type not gated by $LoadBlessed or $LoadCode, so it is reached on the default Load path. Any caller that runs Load or LoadFile on an untrusted document containing a !!binary scalar with a high-bit byte triggers the read, and the value read can surface in the decoded result. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-42608 8.8 high 1.0% getgrav, grav Grav is a file-based Web platform. Prior to 2.0.0-beta.2, there is a Path Traversal vulnerability within the FormFlash core component. By manipulating the session_id (passed as __form-flash-id in POST requests), an unauthenticated attacker can traverse the filesystem to create arbitrary directories and write an index.yaml file containing attacker-controlled data. This vulnerability can lead to unauthorized modification of application behavior, potential data integrity issues, and service disruption in production environments. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.0.0-beta.2. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-54653 8.8 high 1.0% koxudaxi, datamodel-code-generator datamodel-code-generator generates Pydantic v2 models, dataclasses, TypedDict, and msgspec.Struct from OpenAPI, JSON Schema, GraphQL, Avro, Protobuf, and raw JSON, YAML, or CSV. From 0.17.0 until 0.60.2, datamodel-code-generator preserves attacker-controlled default_factory values in src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/jsonschema.py through JsonSchemaObject.init and get_field_extras and emits them into Field(default_factory=...) or field(default_factory=...), allowing Python expression execution when the generated model is imported. This issue is fixed in version 0.60.2. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-88064 8.8 high 1.0% linuxfoundation, backstage_plugin-techdocs-node, backstage Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 1.14.6 and from 1.15.0 until 1.15.4, the @backstage/plugin-techdocs-node package insufficiently validates mkdocs.yml supplied by an authenticated user who can register or modify a TechDocs source. Unsafe Python YAML tags, markdown_extensions names and configuration, theme options, and extra_templates values can reach the documentation generator and cause unintended code execution. The resulting impact is limited to the files, credentials, network access, and other resources available to the TechDocs backend or build container. This issue is fixed in versions 1.14.6 and 1.15.4. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-47398 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. The v4.6.32 chokepoint refactor (which patched CVE-2026-44334 / GHSA-xcmw-grxf-wjhj) added the PRAISONAI_ALLOW_LOCAL_TOOLS env-var gate to the tool_override.py sinks. However, two additional spec.loader.exec_module call sites in praisonai/agents_generator.py were missed and remain completely unguarded in versions prior to 4.6.40. Both functions accept a module_path parameter sourced from YAML configuration and execute it without validation, signature checking, or the env-var gate. Version 4.6.40 fixes the issue. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-64679 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet Atlantis is a self-hosted golang application that listens for Terraform pull request events via webhooks. From 0.19.8 until 0.45.0, Atlantis does not consistently validate user-controlled workspace values supplied through accepted repository-level atlantis.yaml configuration or authenticated /api/plan input before joining them into local workspace paths. Traversal segments can escape the intended per-pull workspace directory and cause clone preparation or other working-directory code paths to call os.RemoveAll, os.MkdirAll, or related filesystem operations on out-of-bounds directories before Terraform rejects the invalid workspace name. This can create, delete, or reuse writable paths with the privileges of the Atlantis process, causing integrity loss or denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 0.45.0. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-42845 7.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet The form plugin for Grav adds the ability to create and use forms. Prior to 9.1.0 , there is an unauthenticated page-content overwrite via file upload (GHSA-w4rc-p66m-x6qq). Public form uploads now strip path components from the POST-supplied filename and hard-block page-content extensions (`md`, `yaml`, `yml`, `json`, `twig`, `ini`) regardless of the configurable dangerous-extensions list. A permissive `accept` policy combined with the default `destination: self@` could otherwise let an attacker overwrite the page's own `.md` and pivot to super-admin via a `process: save` action. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.1.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-49451 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet The OpenAPI.NET SDK contains a useful object model for OpenAPI documents in .NET along with common serializers to extract raw OpenAPI JSON and YAML documents from the model. From 2.0.0-preview11 until 2.7.5 and 3.5.4, a small OpenAPI document containing a circular schema reference can cause process termination through stack overflow in Microsoft.OpenApi. The issue affects OpenAPI document parsing through public OpenAPI.NET reader APIs and has been confirmed across both JSON and YAML reader paths. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.7.5 and 3.5.4. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59868 7.5 high 1.0% nodeca, js-yaml js-yaml is a JavaScript YAML parser and dumper. From 5.0.0 before 5.2.0, when merge keys are enabled, js-yaml can spend quadratic CPU time parsing a document whose size grows only linearly when a chain of mappings uses merge keys where each mapping merges the previous one. This issue is fixed in version 5.2.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59869 7.5 high 1.0% nodeca, js-yaml js-yaml is a JavaScript YAML parser and dumper. From 3.0.0 before 3.15.0 and from 4.0.0 before 4.3.0, js-yaml can spend quadratic CPU time parsing a document whose size grows only linearly when a chain of mappings uses merge keys where each mapping merges the previous one. This issue is fixed in versions 3.15.0 and 4.3.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59870 7.5 high 1.0% nodeca, js-yaml js-yaml is a JavaScript YAML parser and dumper. Prior to 3.15.1, 4.3.1, and 5.2.1, YAML11_SCHEMA support for the !!omap tag in src/tag/sequence/omap.ts uses omapTag.addItem() to perform a linear duplicate-key scan on every insertion, causing O(n^2) CPU consumption when yaml.load() parses a crafted ordered-map document. In v3 and v4, !!omap is active and exploitable by default. v5 doesn't use !!omap by default, and the chances of activating it are very low. This issue is fixed in 3.15.1, 4.3.1, and 5.2.1. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-55389 7.5 high 1.0% koxudaxi, datamodel-code-generator datamodel-code-generator generates Pydantic v2 models, dataclasses, TypedDict, and msgspec.Struct from OpenAPI, JSON Schema, GraphQL, Avro, Protobuf, and raw JSON, YAML, or CSV. Prior to 0.62.0, datamodel-code-generator resolves JSON Schema $ref targets in src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/jsonschema.py through is_url and _get_ref_body without containing file:// or ../ traversal references to the input directory and without honoring --no-allow-remote-refs, allowing arbitrary local file reads. This issue is fixed in version 0.62.0. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-100352 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet kin-openapi is a Go project for handling OpenAPI files. Prior to 0.148.0, the OpenAPI 3.1 validation path passes YAML NaN and infinity numeric values to santhosh-tekuri/jsonschema v6.0.2 without applying kin-openapi's existing finite-number guards. A remote unauthenticated client can send an application/yaml or application/x-yaml request body containing .nan, .inf, or -.inf to an operation with a numeric constraint, causing the dependency to create and dereference a nil big.Rat during ValidateRequest. Standard net/http servers recover the panic per connection, while other hosts or application goroutines may terminate the process. This issue is fixed in version 0.148.0. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-54659 6.9 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Pagy is agnostic pagination in plain Ruby. From 43.0.0 until 43.5.6, Pagy::I18n.locale= in gem/lib/pagy/modules/i18n/i18n.rb stored locale values verbatim and later used them as <locale>.yml path components, allowing untrusted params[:locale] values with absolute paths or ../ sequences to create a file existence and readability oracle for YAML files. This issue is fixed in version 43.5.6. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-18874 6.2 medium 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in volsync-addon-controller. This vulnerability allows an attacker to inject malicious YAML (Yet Another Markup Language) code into the OpenShift Lifecycle Manager (OLM) Subscription resource. This is due to improper escaping of annotation values when they are rendered into YAML. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized modification or control over OLM Subscription configurations, potentially impacting software management within the cluster. This issue primarily affects systems where the 'volsync-addon-deploy-type: olm' annotation is explicitly enabled. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-15007 5.7 medium 1.0% no CPE yet A denial of service vulnerability was identified in GitHub Enterprise Server that allowed an authenticated user to cause service disruption by supplying a repository release notes configuration file containing deeply nested YAML. When release notes were generated, the configuration file was parsed without a nesting depth limit, causing excessive resource consumption that could render the instance unresponsive. This vulnerability affected all versions of GitHub Enterprise Server prior to 3.22 and was fixed in versions 3.17.18, 3.18.12, 3.19.9, 3.20.5, and 3.21.3. This vulnerability was reported via the GitHub Bug Bounty program. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-63343 9.9 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.3.0, a malicious image containing a `metadata.yaml` symlink pointing to an arbitrary host path allows an authenticated Incus user to read or overwrite any file on the host as root via the instance metadata API. The `exec-output` and `templates/` paths were patched in a prior release using `Lstat` rejection and `os.OpenRoot` confinement; `metadata.yaml` was not included in either patch and remains exploitable. Version 7.3.0 patches the issue. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-40088 9.6 critical 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.121, the execute_command function and workflow shell execution are exposed to user-controlled input via agent workflows, YAML definitions, and LLM-generated tool calls, allowing attackers to inject arbitrary shell commands through shell metacharacters. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.121. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2025-59159 9.6 critical 0.00% no CPE yet SillyTavern is a locally installed user interface that allows users to interact with text generation large language models, image generation engines, and text-to-speech voice models. In versions prior to 1.13.4, the web user interface for SillyTavern is susceptible to DNS rebinding, allowing attackers to perform actions like install malicious extensions, read chats, inject arbitrary HTML for phishing attacks, etc. The vulnerability has been patched in the version 1.13.4 by introducing a server configuration setting that enables a validation of host names in inbound HTTP requests according to the provided list of allowed hosts: `hostWhitelist.enabled` in config.yaml file or `SILLYTAVERN_HOSTWHITELIST_ENABLED` environment variable. While the setting is disabled by default to honor a wide variety of existing user configurations and maintain backwards compatibility, existing and new users are encouraged to review their server configurations and apply necessary changes to their setup, especially if hosting over the local network while not using SSL. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-115375 9.4 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Incus 7.0.0 before 7.0.2 and 7.1.0 before 7.5.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows clients able to create instances to write files on the host. The flaw stems from unvalidated dependent custom volume names in instance backup index.yaml files. Attackers can import a crafted instance backup with ../ sequences in dependent volume names to create root-owned directories with controlled content, leading to full host compromise. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-41930 9.2 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Vvveb before version 1.0.8.2 contains a hard-coded credentials vulnerability in its docker-compose-apache.yaml configuration that allows unauthenticated attackers to access the bundled phpMyAdmin container with pre-configured database credentials. Attackers can connect to the phpMyAdmin port to gain unrestricted read and write access to the entire Vvveb database, including administrator password hashes, customer personally identifiable information, and order data, enabling account takeover and data manipulation. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-109391 9.2 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Square Squash through commit e73f280 contains an insecure deserialization vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to store crafted YAML via the POST /api/1.0/symbolication endpoint. When occurrences referencing the attacker-controlled symbolication UUID are symbolicated, the stored values are passed to YAML.load with SafeYAML in unsafe mode, enabling arbitrary Ruby object deserialization and potential code execution. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-34178 9.1 critical 0.00% canonical, lxd In Canonical LXD before 6.8, the backup import path validates project restrictions against backup/index.yaml in the supplied tar archive but creates the instance from backup/container/backup.yaml, a separate file in the same archive that is never checked against project restrictions. An authenticated remote attacker with instance-creation permission in a restricted project can craft a backup archive where backup.yaml carries restricted settings such as security.privileged=true or raw.lxc directives, bypassing all project restriction enforcement and allowing full host compromise. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-116676 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Atlantis is a self-hosted golang application that listens for Terraform pull request events via webhooks. From version 0.4.0 until 0.47.1, Atlantis passes the pull-request-controlled workspace value from atlantis.yaml into Terraform command arguments that are joined with strings.Join(args, " ") and executed through sh -c. An authenticated contributor whose pull request is eligible for an Atlantis plan can include shell metacharacters in the workspace name, causing arbitrary commands to execute as the Atlantis service account without custom workflows, apply permission, or a malicious Terraform provider. External contributors can reach the flaw through fork pull requests only when --allow-fork-prs is enabled, while eligible same-repository branches do not require that option. The commands inherit the Atlantis process environment and can access cloud-provider, Terraform, and version-control credentials as well as files, state, and network resources available to the service. This issue is fixed in version 0.47.1. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-42603 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet OWASP BLT is a QA testing and vulnerability disclosure platform that encompasses websites, apps, git repositories, and more. Prior to 2.1.2, .github/workflows/pre-commit-fix.yaml uses pull_request_target (privileged trigger) but checks out and executes code directly from the attacker's fork, enabling RCE with write permissions. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.1.2. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44938 8.8 high 0.00% suse, rancher_fleet A vulnerability has been identified in Fleet's agent-side deployer, which did not filter security-sensitive keys from namespaceLabels in fleet.yaml (or BundleDeployment.spec.options.namespaceLabels) when applying them to the target namespace. An attacker with git push access to a Fleet-monitored repository could overwrite Pod Security Standards (PSS) enforcement labels on a target namespace. This allows the attacker to weaken admission controls and deploy workloads that PSS policies would otherwise block. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-103413 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Improper input validation vulnerability in Apache Camel Karavan. When a deployment was started, Karavan unmarshalled a project's `kubernetes.yaml` and applied every resource it contained to the cluster without restricting the resource kinds, without rejecting security-sensitive pod options, and without pinning the target namespace. An authenticated user of any role could therefore have Karavan apply arbitrary Kubernetes resources within the reach of its service account, including pods requesting hostNetwork, hostPID, hostIPC, hostPath volumes, host ports, privileged containers, privilege escalation or added capabilities. This issue affects Apache Camel Karavan: from 4.0.0 before 4.22.1. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.22.1, which fixes the issue. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-52903 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet A deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability was found in ManageIQ. The YamlLoadAliases module overrides YAML.safe_load to silently fall back to YAML.unsafe_load in production when a Psych::DisallowedClass error occurs. An authenticated attacker with dialog import access can exploit this to achieve remote code execution by uploading a crafted YAML payload that triggers the fallback and deserializes arbitrary Ruby objects. Red Hat CloudForms, which was based on ManageIQ, has reached End of Life and is no longer supported. No errata or patches will be issued. This CVE is being assigned for the benefit of the ManageIQ community and downstream consumers. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-42844 8.7 high 0.00% getgrav, grav Grav is a file-based Web platform. In Grav 2.0.0-beta.2, a low-privileged authenticated API user with api.media.write can abuse /api/v1/blueprint-upload to write an arbitrary YAML file into user/accounts/, then log in as the newly created account with api.super privileges. This results in full administrative compromise of the Grav API. This vulnerability is fixed in API 1.0.0-beta.17. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44543 8.7 high 0.00% suse, local_path_provisioner Local Path Provisioner provides a way for the Kubernetes users to utilize the local storage in each node. Prior to 0.0.36, a malicious user with permission to edit the local-path-config ConfigMap in the local-path-storage namespace can manipulate the helperPod.yaml template used by rancher/local-path-provisioner. The helperPod.yaml template is loaded by the provisioner and used to create HelperPods during PVC provisioning and cleanup operations. However, the template is not sufficiently validated before use. Security-sensitive fields such as securityContext.privileged, hostPath volumes, and Linux capabilities can be injected into the template. When a PVC operation triggers HelperPod creation, the provisioner creates the HelperPod using the attacker-controlled template. This can result in a privileged pod running on the target node with the host root filesystem mounted. This may allow the attacker to access sensitive host files, read ServiceAccount tokens from other pods on the same node, access other tenants' local-path volume data, or modify files on the host node. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.0.36. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-62230 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet Grav before 2.0.4 ships a default .htaccess (and reference webserver-configs/htaccess.txt) whose rules blocking access to sensitive file types (.yaml, .php, .json, etc.) lack the [NC] flag, making extension matching case-sensitive. On case-insensitive filesystems (Windows/NTFS, macOS/HFS+, or Docker volume mounts), an unauthenticated attacker can request these files with uppercase or mixed-case extensions (e.g., .YAML, .PHP) to bypass the restrictions and read sensitive configuration files that may contain API keys and credentials. CVE-2026-109413 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet In Symfony YAML prior to versions 5.4.54, 6.4.45, 7.4.18, and 8.1.6, Yaml\Parser::lexInlineStructure() recursed through lexInlineMapping() and lexInlineSequence() for every { and [ of an inline collection, without entering the nesting level that the rest of the parser bounds with maxNestingLevel. A document made of deeply nested inline collections, such as [[[[...]]]], exhausted the stack while it was being lexed: depending on the PHP version and its stack settings, the process crashed or the request ended with a fatal error. Any code parsing untrusted YAML is affected. That includes #[MapRequestPayload] when the Yaml component is installed and the endpoint does not restrict acceptFormat: a single unauthenticated request with a YAML content type is enough. This issue affects symfony/yaml through v5.4.53, v6.0.0-BETA1 through v6.4.44, v7.0.0-BETA1 through v7.4.17, and v8.0.0-BETA1 through v8.1.5. 16 Oct
