| CVE-2026-54591 | 8.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | AsyncSSH is a Python package which provides an asynchronous client and server implementation of the SSHv2 protocol on top of the Python asyncio framework. Prior to 2.23.1, a malicious SSH server can write arbitrary files on the asyncssh SCP client's filesystem by sending filenames containing ../ traversal sequences because _parse_cd_args in scp.py returns server-provided names verbatim and _recv_files joins them to the destination path without enforcing the target directory boundary. This issue is fixed in version 2.23.1. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-72903 | 8.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Tabby (formerly Terminus) is a highly configurable terminal emulator. Prior to 1.0.235, a malicious SFTP server can return a backslash traversal filename through entry.name. In tabby-ssh/src/session/sftp.ts, SFTPSession.readdir() and _makeFile() use POSIX path processing that preserves the backslashes as ordinary filename characters. In tabby-ssh/src/components/sftpPanel.component.ts, downloadFolderRecursive() propagates item.name into the local relative path. In tabby-electron/src/services/platform.service.ts, ElectronDirectoryDownload.createFile() passes that path to Windows-native path.join(), and in tabby-electron/src/sftpContextMenu.ts, EditSFTPContextMenu.edit() passes item.name to path.join() for the temporary edit path. Windows interprets the preserved backslashes and parent-directory components as traversal, allowing attacker-controlled content to be created or overwritten outside the selected download directory or temporary edit directory. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.235. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-56428 | 8.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The SSH service on BSH ELP (Electronic Platform) modules contains a platform-specific vulnerability due to an improperly secured default configuration. An insecure, non-revocable SSH public key is included in the firmware's authorized_keys file for the root user. An attacker in possession of the corresponding private key could leverage it to bypass authentication and gain root-level access to the appliance. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-73804 | 8.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Gitea allows a token with write:user scope to register an attacker-controlled SSH public key on the token owner's account. API requests signed with the corresponding private key authenticate as that account through HTTP Signature without API token scope information, causing route-level token scope checks to be skipped. This converts a user-scoped token into an unscoped API authentication method while retaining the account's normal role and repository permissions. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-45745 | 8.0 high | 0.00% | termix | Termix is a web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities. Starting in version 1.7.0, Termix Desktop (Electron) disables TLS certificate validation, allowing a machine-in-the-middle attacker to intercept and modify HTTPS traffic to the configured Termix server. This can lead to credential theft and JWT/session theft during login and normal use. As of time of publication, no known patched versions are available. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42851 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | kovidgoyal, kitty | Kitty is a cross-platform GPU based terminal. In versions prior to 0.47.0, a program able to write bytes to a kitty terminal — a remote SSH peer, a downloaded file viewed with `cat`, a log line, an email body rendered in `less`, an issue body in a TUI, etc. — can cause kitty to execute attacker-supplied Python inside the running kitty process, with the user's full privileges. There is no approval prompt, no remote-control permission requirement, no shell-integration interaction, no clipboard touch, and no editor interaction. Version 0.47.0 fixes the issue. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-37155 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | hpe, arubaos-cx | A vulnerability in the SSH restricted shell interface of the network management services allows improper access control for authenticated read-only users. If successfully exploited, this vulnerability could allow an attacker with read-only privileges to gain administrator access on the affected system. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111451 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Wheels CLI 4.0.0 through 4.1.1 insufficiently validates or escapes caller-supplied values and package contents. Deploy release/version/rollback values can execute shell commands on deploy hosts as the SSH user and on the CI runner during builds. Package removal and destroy paths can delete unintended files; package extraction can overwrite other vendor files; generator names can write outside the project or inject executable CFML into generated code. Inputs may originate from CI variables, branch names, packages or an AI agent using the CLI's MCP tools. Also relevant are unencoded display properties in generated scaffold show views since 4.1.0 and in generated admin views, permitting stored XSS, and stale process-ID handling in RustCFML server commands that can terminate an unrelated process. This is fixed in 4.1.2; existing affected generated views also require the documented edit. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106583 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | openbsd, openssh | In ssh in OpenSSH before 10.6, a $ or \ character can occur in a command-line username, leading to injection. | 15 Oct |

| CVE-2026-47829 | 7.7 high | 0.00% | cloudfoundry, bosh_cli | Argument Injection in bosh-cli allows a compromised BOSH Director to inject arbitrary OpenSSH options into the locally-spawned ssh process when an operator runs bosh ssh -c, bosh logs -f, or other non-interactive SSH paths, leading to local command execution on the operator's workstation. Affected versions: bosh-cli versions prior to v7.10.4. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-47831 | 7.7 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Use of a cryptographically weak random number generator in the GenerateRandomPassword function in bosh-windows-stemcell-builder allows a remote attacker to brute-force the resulting SSH login via TCP/22. Affected versions: bosh-windows-stemcell-builder versions prior to v2019.98. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-58423 | 7.7 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | LFS authentication bypass via malformed SSH sub-verb allows unauthorized read access to private repositories | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54910 | 7.7 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | FileBrowser Quantum is a free, self-hosted, web-based file manager. Prior to version 1.4.3-beta, the `subtitlesHandler` endpoint (`GET /api/media/subtitles`) accepts two user-controlled query parameters: `path` and `name`, both of which are used in filesystem operations without sanitization, creating two independent path traversal vectors. The primary vector is the `path` parameter: it is passed directly to `idx.GetRealPath()` without calling `SanitizeUserPath()`, allowing an attacker to escape the storage root and set `parentDir` to any directory on the host. No existing anchor file is required. The secondary vector is the `name` parameter: it is joined with `parentDir` via `filepath.Join(parentDir, name)` without stripping directory components, allowing traversal relative to any resolved `parentDir`. Any authenticated user (regardless of role or permissions) can exploit either vector to read any text file readable by the server process, including `/etc/passwd`, SSH keys, database credentials, and JWT signing keys. Version 1.4.3-beta patches the issue. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40461 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | anviz, cx7_firmware, cx2_lite_firmware | Anviz CX2 Lite and CX7 are vulnerable to unauthenticated POST requests that modify debug settings (e.g., enabling SSH), allowing unauthorized state changes that can facilitate later compromise. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42189 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | russh_project, warpgate_project, russh, warpgate | Russh is a Rust SSH client & server library. Prior to version 0.60.1, a pre-authentication denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the server's keyboard-interactive authentication handler. A malicious client can crash any russh-based server that implements keyboard-interactive auth (e.g., for 2FA/TOTP) with a single malformed packet, requiring no credentials. This issue has been patched in version 0.60.1. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-15637 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | devolutions, devolutions_server | Improper authorization in the PAM SSH key and certificate retrieval endpoints in Devolutions Server 2026.2.11, 2026.1.22 allows an authenticated low-privileged user to disclose the private key of an SSH key or certificate PAM credential via a direct object reference to the credential identifier. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-62663 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Banks generates meaningful LLM prompts using a simple template language. In versions prior to 2.4.4, all four media filters (image, audio, video, document) in banks accept untrusted user input as file paths via Path(value) and pass them directly to open(file_path, "rb") without any path sanitization, canonicalization, or directory restriction. An attacker who controls template variables passed to a banks Prompt can use path traversal (../) to read arbitrary files accessible to the Python process—including .env files, SSH keys, cloud credentials, source code, /etc/passwd, and /etc/shadow—with the content returned base64-encoded in the rendered prompt output, making exfiltration trivial. This is particularly dangerous for applications that use banks to process user-provided template variables before sending prompts to an LLM. This issue has been fixed in version 2.4.4. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-56834 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 3.8.1 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI's Dynamic Context Discovery feature exposes artifact helper tools through ctx.get_tools(). The implemented artifact tools do not enforce that the supplied artifact_path is an artifact created by the configured store or that it lives under the configured artifact base directory. Instead, artifact_head, artifact_tail, artifact_grep, and artifact_chunk wrap the caller-supplied path directly into an ArtifactRef and then read it from the host filesystem. As a result, any prompt/user/tool-caller that can influence those tool arguments can read files readable by the PraisonAI process, such as project .env files, cloud credentials, SSH keys, source files, or other local data. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-64175 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: iwlwifi: mld: stop TX during firmware restart When iwlwifi firmware crashes (e.g., NMI_INTERRUPT_UNKNOWN on Intel BE201/Wi-Fi 7), iwl_mld_nic_error() sets mld->fw_status.in_hw_restart to true. However, iwl_mld_tx_from_txq() does not check this flag before dequeuing frames from mac80211 and pushing them to the transport layer. Since the firmware is dead, iwl_trans_tx() returns -EIO for each frame, which then gets freed immediately. Under high-throughput conditions (e.g., Tailscale UDP traffic or active SSH sessions), this creates a tight dequeue-send-fail-free loop that wastes CPU cycles and generates rapid skb allocation churn, leading to memory pressure from slab fragmentation. The RX path already has this guard (iwl_mld_rx_mpdu checks in_hw_restart at rx.c:1906), and so does the TXQ allocation worker (iwl_mld_add_txqs_wk at tx.c:156). Add the same guard to iwl_mld_tx_from_txq() to stop all TX during firmware restart. Frames left in mac80211's TXQs are naturally drained after restart completes, when queue reallocation triggers iwl_mld_tx_from_txq() via iwl_mld_add_txq_list(), or when new upper-layer traffic invokes wake_tx_queue. Tested on ASUS Zenbook 14 UX3405CA with Intel BE201 (Wi-Fi 7) on kernel 6.19.5 where the firmware crashes approximately every 10-15 minutes under Tailscale traffic. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109553 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Gitea resolved the principals of an SSH certificate by searching the content of all stored public keys instead of only principal keys. When Gitea trusts a user certificate authority (`SSH_TRUSTED_USER_CA_KEYS`) and accepts arbitrary principals (`SSH_AUTHORIZED_PRINCIPALS_ALLOW=anything`), a user could register another user's public key line as their own principal, or a holder of a certificate signed by that authority could list it, and then authenticate as the owner of that key through the HTTP signature API and the built-in SSH server. Instances that do not trust a user certificate authority are not affected. | 19 Oct |

| CVE-2026-44467 | 7.4 high | 0.00% | anthropic, claude_desktop | The Claude Desktop app gives you Claude Code with a graphical interface built for running multiple sessions side by side. From 1.2581.0 to before 1.4304.0, Claude Desktop's SSH remote development feature verified only whether a hostname existed in ~/.ssh/known_hosts without comparing the server's presented host key against the stored key. This allowed a network-positioned attacker to present an arbitrary SSH host key and have the connection silently accepted, enabling a man-in-the-middle attack on remote development sessions. Successful exploitation required the attacker to be in a network position to intercept SSH traffic (e.g., via ARP spoofing, rogue Wi-Fi, or DNS poisoning) and the target hostname to already have an entry in the victim's known_hosts file. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4304.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-47269 | 7.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | pam_usb provides hardware authentication for Linux using ordinary removable media. Prior to 0.9.0, pam_usb's deny_remote feature checks utmpx ut_addr_v6 to detect whether an authentication request originates from a remote session. The outer guard was if (utent->ut_addr_v6[0] != 0), which only tests the first 32-bit word of the 128-bit address field. IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses (::ffff:x.x.x.x) store the IPv4 address in ut_addr_v6[3] with ut_addr_v6[0] == 0. On systems where the SSH daemon listens on :: (IPv6 wildcard) with AddressFamily any -- common on Ubuntu and Debian -- incoming IPv4 connections are recorded in utmpx as IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses. The outer check evaluates to false, the remote-detection block is skipped entirely, and the session is treated as local. deny_remote=true does not block the authentication. An attacker with physical access to a registered USB device can authenticate over SSH on an affected system as if they were sitting at a local terminal, bypassing the deny_remote restriction. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55201 | 7.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Evil-WinRM through 3.9, fixed in commit 6ecd570, contains a path traversal vulnerability in the download_dir() function that allows a rogue or compromised remote Windows server to write files outside the intended download directory by returning filenames with traversal sequences from Get-ChildItem command output that are passed unsanitized to File.join(). Attackers controlling the remote server can exploit this to overwrite sensitive client-side files such as SSH authorized_keys or shell configuration files, achieving persistent access or privilege escalation on the client machine. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2023-29054 | 7.4 high | 0.00% | siemens, scalance_x200-4p_irt_firmware, scalance_x201-3p_irt_firmware, scalance_x201-3p_irt_pro_firmware | A vulnerability has been identified in SCALANCE X200-4P IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X201-3P IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X201-3P IRT PRO (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X202-2IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X202-2IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X202-2P IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X202-2P IRT PRO (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X204IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X204IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE X204IRT PRO (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE XF201-3P IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE XF202-2P IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE XF204-2BA IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SCALANCE XF204IRT (All versions < V5.5.2), SIPLUS NET SCALANCE X202-2P IRT (All versions < V5.5.2). The SSH server on affected devices is configured to offer weak ciphers by default. This could allow an unauthorized attacker in a man-in-the-middle position to read and modify any data passed over the connection between legitimate clients and the affected device. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-61791 | 7.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | OCO-Server is a self-hosted endpoint management application for computer inventory, software deployment, and mobile device management. Prior to 1.2.1, `Html::commandButton()` in `lib/Html.class.php` embeds an action URL containing a stored computer hostname into a JavaScript string in an inline `onclick` handler, using `htmlspecialchars(ENT_QUOTES)` only for HTML escaping. Browsers decode the HTML entities before interpreting the handler as JavaScript, allowing a crafted hostname to escape the string and execute script in an administrator's authenticated session when an affected command button is activated. `frontend/views/computer-details.php` passes `$computer->hostname` to this helper using `Computer::DEFAULT_COMPUTER_COMMANDS` in `lib/Models/Computer.class.php`, whose VNC, RDP, SSH, and Ping entries use `new_tab=false` and the vulnerable `window.location` branch. A remote attacker who possesses the shared `agent-registration-key` can use the `oco.agent.hello` handler in `frontend/api-agent.php` to store an unchecked hostname when `agent-self-registration-enabled` is enabled; self-registration is disabled by default. The vulnerable default command buttons require no custom command configuration. The injected script can abuse the administrator's privileges, including permission to deploy software jobs to managed computers. This issue is fixed in version 1.2.1. | Thu 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-20151 | 7.3 high | 0.00% | cisco, smart_software_manager_on-prem | A vulnerability in the web interface of Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem (SSM On-Prem) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to elevate privileges on an affected system. This vulnerability is due to the improper transmission of sensitive user information. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted message to an affected Cisco SSM On-Prem host and retrieving session credentials from subsequent status messages. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to elevate privileges on the affected system from low to administrative. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have valid credentials for a user account with at least the role of System User. Note: This vulnerability exposes information only about users who logged in to the Cisco SSM On-Prem host using the web interface and who are currently logged in. SSH sessions are not affected. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-56624 | 7.3 high | 0.00% | apache, mina_sshd | Improper certificate validation in Apache MINA SSHD (server-side). Apache MINA SSHD is a Java library for client-side and server-side SSH. Server-side OpenSSH user certificate validation during user authentication in an Apache MINA SSHD server did not check for the unsupported force-command or verify-required options that could be embedded in the certificate, nor did it validate these options. As a result it was possible that a user could authenticate with such a certificate that included a force-command option but still was able to execute other commands. What other command exactly would be available to the user depends on the implementation of the server. This issue is fixed in Apache MINA SSHD 2.19.0 and 3.0.0-M5. Applications are advised to upgrade to these versions. The fix rejects OpenSSH user certificates that include these options, since Apache MINA SSHD implements neither force-command nor sk-*[email protected] user certificates (which are the only ones for which verify-required would make sense). | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-69097 | 7.3 high | 0.00% | gitpython_project, gitpython | GitPython before 3.1.53 fails to properly escape section names in git config files, allowing attackers to inject arbitrary configuration directives through malicious submodule names. Attackers can inject core.sshCommand or other dangerous config keys into the victim's .git/config via create_submodule or clone_from operations, achieving remote code execution when git performs ssh operations. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-72913 | 7.3 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Kitty is a cross-platform GPU based terminal. Prior to 0.48.2, the @kitty-echo and @kitty-ssh DCS handlers in kitty/window.py write unauthenticated data to the child shell's stdin, where handle_remote_echo accepts printable shell command characters and handle_remote_ssh calls get_ssh_data in kittens/ssh/utils.py, which emits a newline; chaining the handlers can execute attacker-controlled commands when a user displays untrusted terminal data. This issue is fixed in version 0.48.2. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-75857 | 7.3 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | CodeWhale versions >= 0.8.41 and < 0.8.64 contain a vulnerability in the exec_shell_interact (alias exec_interact) tool, whose approval_requirement returns ApprovalRequirement::Auto. This overrides the default Required approval for code-executing tools, so LLM-controlled stdin is written into an already-approved long-running interactive shell (e.g., a python3 -i REPL, mysql, ssh, or sudo -i session) without any approval prompt. An attacker who can inject instructions via untrusted content the agent ingests (a fetched page, MCP result, or repo file) can cause commands to run at the privilege level of that approved process. Fixed in 0.8.64. | Thu 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5845 | 7.2 high | 0.00% | github, enterprise_server | An improper authorization vulnerability in scoped user-to-server (ghu_) token authorization in GitHub Enterprise Server allows an authenticated attacker to access private repositories outside the intended installation scope, which can include write operations, via an authorization fallback that treated a revoked/deleted installation as a global installation context, which could be chained with token revocation timing and SSH push attribution to obtain and reuse a victim-scoped token. This vulnerability affected all versions of GitHub Enterprise Server prior to 3.21 and was fixed in versions 3.20.1, 3.19.5, 3.18.8, 3.17.14, 3.16.17, 3.15.21, and 3.14.26. This vulnerability was reported via the GitHub Bug Bounty program. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-32942 | 7.2 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | SSH Tectia Server before 6.6.6 sometimes allows attackers to read and alter a user's session traffic. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-49253 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | electerm is an open-sourced terminal/ssh/sftp/telnet/serialport/RDP/VNC/Spice/ftp client. Prior to 3.11.11, electerm uses remote-supplied filenames directly with path.join() while receiving Zmodem and Trzsz transfers. In src/app/server/zmodem.js, prepareReceiveFile() joins the filename to the user-selected save path, and in src/app/server/trzsz.js, getUniqueFilePath(), the openSaveFile() callback, and the savedFilePaths mapping construct destinations without sanitization. A malicious SSH server or remote shell can provide a filename containing traversal components such as ../escaped.txt or ../../.bashrc. When the victim accepts the transfer and selects a download directory, electerm can write outside that directory and overwrite files accessible to the desktop user, potentially changing sensitive configuration or impairing availability. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.11. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-35341 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | uutils, coreutils | A vulnerability in uutils coreutils mkfifo allows for the unauthorized modification of permissions on existing files. When mkfifo fails to create a FIFO because a file already exists at the target path, it fails to terminate the operation for that path and continues to execute a follow-up set_permissions call. This results in the existing file's permissions being changed to the default mode (often 644 after umask), potentially exposing sensitive files such as SSH private keys to other users on the system. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-45037 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | tabby | Tabby (formerly Terminus) is a highly configurable terminal emulator. Prior to 1.0.232, Tabby's terminal linkifier passes any detected URI directly to the operating system's protocol handler without validating the protocol scheme. This allows a malicious SSH or Telnet server to send crafted terminal output containing dangerous protocol URIs which Tabby renders as clickable links, triggering arbitrary OS protocol handlers on the victim's machine. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.232. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-41857 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | cloudfoundry, bosh_cli | A compromised or malicious BOSH Director can execute arbitrary shell commands on the operator's workstation when the operator runs bosh ssh (or bosh scp/bosh logs -f) with default flags. Affected versions: BOSH CLI versions prior to 7.10.5. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-50163 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | oras-go is a Go library for managing OCI artifacts. Prior to 2.6.2, ensureLinkPath in content/file/utils.go:262-275 validates a hardlink target relative to the extract base but returns the unresolved target, causing os.Link("victim.secret", "<extract_base>/payload.tar.gz/evil_cwd_link") to resolve header.Linkname against the process current working directory for a Typeflag=TypeLink entry such as Name=payload.tar.gz/evil_cwd_link and Linkname="victim.secret" with io.deis.oras.content.unpack: "true", which can expose or tamper with files such as .env, .git/config, .aws/credentials, and ~/.ssh/config. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.2. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-46555 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | verygoodplugins, whatsapp_mcp_server | WhatsApp MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for WhatsApp, enabling Claude to read and send WhatsApp messages. Prior to version 0.2.1, the `whatsapp-bridge` HTTP API listens on `127.0.0.1:8080` without authentication and without Host header validation, and the `/api/send` endpoint accepts an absolute `media_path` parameter without confining it to a safe directory. Combined, these issues allow any local process running as the same user as the bridge to send WhatsApp messages from the paired account without authorization; the same caller to read arbitrary files readable by the user (e.g. SSH private keys, browser session data, source code, dotfiles) and exfiltrate them as WhatsApp document attachments; and/or a remote attacker to trigger the same operations via DNS rebinding from a webpage the user visits, since no Host header validation is performed. In MCP environments, "local caller" extends beyond processes the user explicitly launched — sibling MCP servers, IDE extensions, and tool-triggered flows running in the user's session can act as the effective caller. This issue is fixed in whatsapp-mcp v0.2.1 and corresponding Docker images / release artifacts. Users should upgrade immediately. The fix introduces bearer token authentication on the bridge HTTP API (configured via environment variable, required on all requests, validated with constant-time comparison); host header allow-list validation to prevent DNS rebinding; and confinement of `media_path` to a configured directory, with rejection of absolute paths outside the root and path traversal sequences. This is a breaking change for clients of the bridge API. For users who cannot immediately upgrade: Stop the bridge, or block loopback access to port 8080, when the bridge is not actively in use; avoid running the bridge alongside untrusted MCP servers, browser extensions, or other untrusted local processes; avoid browsing untrusted sites while the bridge is running (DNS rebinding mitigation); and/or run the bridge under a dedicated user account or in a sandbox/container with no access to sensitive files. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-113354 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Dockhand before 1.0.46 contains an arbitrary file read vulnerability that allows non-admin users with stacks:edit permission to read files through the path parameter of /api/system/files/content. Attackers can supply absolute paths to read /etc/shadow, /etc/passwd, git .git/config credentials, and SSH keys from the Dockhand container. | Thu 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-48798 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | SSH.NET is a Secure Shell (SSH) library for .NET. In 2025.1.0 and earlier, ScpClient.Download(string directoryName, DirectoryInfo directoryInfo) trusts file and directory names returned by a remote SCP server and combines them with the requested local directory without containment validation, allowing a malicious, compromised, or man-in-the-middle server to use ../ sequences or absolute paths to create or overwrite files anywhere writable by the client process. This issue is fixed in version 2026.0.0. | Thu 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-24185 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | NVIDIA NVOS for network switches contains a vulnerability in the secure shell (SSH) server configuration component while PKA-only mode is enabled, where an administrator could inadvertently enable an alternative authentication path. If best practices for replacing the default password as recommended by NVIDIA are not followed, this alternative authentication path might lead to unauthorized access. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to escalation of privileges. | Thu 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114665 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Goploy 1.18.0 before 1.18.1 contains a link following vulnerability in the /deploy/fileDiff and /deploy/fileCompare endpoints that allows authenticated members to read arbitrary files. Attackers with repository write access can commit a symlink pointing outside the project directory to read database configuration and deployment SSH private keys. | Thu 22 Oct |
| CVE-2025-34501 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Deck Mate 2 is distributed with static, hard-coded credentials for the root shell and web user interface, while multiple management services (SSH, HTTP, Telnet, SMB, X11) are enabled by default. If an attacker can reach these interfaces - most often through local or near-local access such as connecting to the USB or Ethernet ports beneath the table - the built-in credentials permit administrative login and full control of the system. Once authenticated, an attacker can access firmware utilities, modify controller software, and establish persistent compromise. Remote attack paths via network, cellular, or telemetry links may exist in specific configurations but generally require additional capabilities or operator error. The vendor reports that USB access has been disabled in current firmware builds. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-100413 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | SeaweedFS is a distributed storage system for files and blobs. From 4.0.388 until 4.41, the SFTP Helm chart embedded one unencrypted Ed25519 private host key in k8s/charts/seaweedfs/templates/sftp/sftp-secret.yaml as stringData.seaweedfs_sftp_ssh_private_key. A standalone deployment presented that public key when sftp.enabled and sftp.enableAuth were true, sftp.existingConfigSecret was not supplied, the legacy sftp.sshPrivateKey path remained selected, a valid config-ssh Secret allowed startup, and hostKeysFolder did not provide a later Ed25519 signer. An attacker able to redirect or intercept client traffic could impersonate that SFTP endpoint to clients that trusted the published host identity, exposing password credentials or data sent to the rogue endpoint. Default all-in-one and non-authenticated standalone paths did not load the key. This issue is fixed in version 4.41. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2025-14821 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | libssh, redhat, hardened_images | A flaw was found in libssh. This vulnerability allows local man-in-the-middle attacks, security downgrades of SSH (Secure Shell) connections, and manipulation of trusted host information, posing a significant risk to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of SSH communications via an insecure default configuration on Windows systems where the library automatically loads configuration files from the C:\etc directory, which can be created and modified by unprivileged local users. | 14 Oct |
