|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2025-59778 | 7.7 high | 0.00% | f5, f5os-c | When the Allowed IP Addresses feature is configured on the F5OS-C partition control plane, undisclosed traffic can cause multiple containers to terminate. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-57231 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | podman_project, podman | Podman is a tool for managing OCI containers and pods. From 1.8.1 until 5.8.4, a container image that contains a environment variable with just a key and no value can trick podman into passing that variable from the host into the container. This is made worse by the fact that using an asterisk (*) will cause podman to pass all host variables into the container. So essentially a malicious image can exfiltrate all podman environment variables that are set in the session from where the container is launched. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.8.4 and 6.0.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-16460 | 7.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A flaw was found in bootc and ostree. Already-staged deployments are finalized without revalidating the deployment's container image against the current containers signature policy. Unsigned OS content staged under a prior permissive policy can remain bootable after policy is hardened to reject unsigned images, leading to full host compromise on reboot. | 21 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109311 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | vLLM before 0.29.0 passes uploaded audio to the PyAV/FFmpeg av.open() fallback with only a file-size check, exposing FFmpeg's IAMF parser heap overflow. Authenticated remote attackers can repeatedly upload malformed IAMF containers to /v1/audio/transcriptions, corrupting the heap and crashing the API process. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109441 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | LangAlpha through 2026.09.07 contains an improper isolation vulnerability that places all tenants' sandbox containers on Docker's shared default bridge network with inter-container communication enabled. Authenticated users with code execution in their own sandbox can connect directly to other tenants' containers, bypassing require_workspace_owner checks to read files such as vault secrets from exposed servers. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2025-58354 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Kata Containers is an open source project focusing on a standard implementation of lightweight Virtual Machines (VMs) that perform like containers. In Kata Containers versions from 3.20.0 and before, a malicious host can circumvent initdata verification. On TDX systems running confidential guests, a malicious host can selectively fail IO operations to skip initdata verification. This allows an attacker to launch arbitrary workloads while being able to attest successfully to Trustee impersonating any benign workload. This issue has been patched in Kata Containers version 3.21.0. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-71422 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Contrast is a Kubernetes runtime for confidential containers. In versions before 1.12.1, the secure persistent volume feature is vulnerable to a malicious host supplying a crafted LUKS2 volume to a pod VM. LUKS2 volume metadata is not authenticated and, with cryptsetup versions prior to 2.8.1, a header specifying the null keyslot encryption algorithm (cipher_null-ecb) is accepted without error. Because the Contrast Initializer assumes a device is protected if `cryptsetup open` succeeds with the secret seed, the guest will open the attacker-supplied volume and write secret data in plaintext, or under a volume key known to the attacker, allowing the host to read confidential data that should have been encrypted. Contrast v1.12.1 ships cryptsetup 2.8.1, which disables null ciphers in keyslots when the passphrase is non-empty; v1.13.0 adds detached-header validation in guest memory and integrity protection for secure persistent storage. Contrast persistent volumes were not integrity protected, so integrity impact is not considered. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-56693 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | NanoClaw before 2.1.17 contains a privilege escalation vulnerability in the create_agent delivery-action handler that performs privileged central-database writes without host-side authorization checks. Confined agent containers can invoke create_agent to create arbitrary agent groups, container configurations, and destinations, escalating beyond their intended confinement boundary. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107446 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | containerd overlaybd through 1.0.18 has a do_load_index (LSMT index loading) integer overflow (and resultant out-of-bounds heap access) for index_bytes, if an untrusted overlaybd blob from a registry is used in a scenario with multiple overlaybd-backed containers. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114515 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | OCO-Server is a self-hosted endpoint management application for computer inventory, software deployment, and mobile device management. Prior to 1.2.3, a valid Self-Service Portal user with permission to create job containers and read visibility on a computer and package can queue an uninstall job without deploy permission for those resources. Requests to `self-service/ajax-handler/job-containers.php` pass `uninstall_package_assignment_id[]` values to `lib/SelfService/CoreLogic.class.php::uninstallSelfService()`. Its permission-check loop continues after denied `METHOD_DEPLOY` checks without removing rejected IDs from `$installationIds`, then passes the original list to `lib/CoreLogic.class.php::uninstall()`. The CoreLogic object is constructed with a null SystemUser, causing `lib/CoreLogic.class.php::checkPermission()` to treat the operation as system context and unconditionally permit it. Enumerable `computer_package.id` values allow selection of readable installed-package assignments, including those on other users' computers. The `deploySelfService()` install path instead aborts on denied deployment permission, and resources lacking read permission remain blocked. This permits unauthorized software-removal jobs across resources visible to the acting user's role. This issue is fixed in version 1.2.3. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-115711 | 6.4 medium | — | elastic, elastic cloud enterprise | Insertion of Sensitive Information into Externally-Accessible File or Directory (CWE-538) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to credential disclosure via Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data (CAPEC-37). ECE stores runtime information about platform service containers in a location that lower-privileged platform components can read, and this information includes secrets from the container configuration. An attacker with access to the internal ECE platform services can obtain these secrets, which include role tokens. A role token can let the attacker add an unauthorized host to the installation with the roles of that token. | 13 h ago |
| CVE-2026-47699 | 6.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Confidential Containers Guest Components provides guest tools and components for confidential container workloads. From 0.16.0 until 0.20.0, a crafted OCI image layer can make image_rs::stream::unpack::unpack() create a hardlink outside its destination directory. In image-rs/src/stream/unpack.rs, try_hardlink_fallback() validates the hardlink source but computes the destination with destination.join(&entry_rel). Rust Path::join replaces the base when entry_rel is an absolute tar entry path, so fs::hard_link(&src_canon, &dst_entry_abs) can write attacker-controlled content to an arbitrary absolute path. In Confidential Containers the workload owner already controls trusted image content, so the issue is a workload-owner escape into the pod virtual machine rather than a crossing of the image trust boundary, but it may enable access to pod virtual machine capabilities and attestation abuse. This issue is fixed in version 0.20.0. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2025-36054 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | ibm, business_automation_workflow, process_federation_server | IBM Business Automation Workflow containers 24.0.0 through 24.0.0-IF006, 24.0.1 through 24.0.1-IF004, 25.0.0 through 25.0.0-IF001 and IBM Business Automation Workflow traditional with Process Federation Server 24.0.0 through 24.0.1 and 25.0.0 are vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-50221 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | openstack, swift | In OpenStack Swift before 2.37.2, proxy-server does not strip internal update headers (X-Container-Host, X-Container-Device, X-Delete-At-Host, X-Delete-At-Device) from client requests before forwarding them to object-servers. An authenticated user with write access can inject these headers to redirect container update requests to an attacker-controlled server, enabling server-side request forgery. The SSRF requests expose internal cluster metadata including storage policy indexes, partition mappings, device names, and when at rest encryption is enabled, cipher text and initialization vectors for the container-level encryption key. The attacker can also cause "ghost listings" in arbitrary containers via the shard-range redirect mechanism. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55686 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | podman_project, podman | Podman is a tool for managing OCI containers and pods. From 3.0.0 until 5.7.1, running a malicious container image where the WORKDIR path contains a symlink can create a directory or modify ownership on the host filesystem. Modified ownership is less likely to happen as that requires help from an untrusted/malicious process that mutates the host filesystem tree during dereferencing of the WORKDIR path, to trigger a race condition. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.7.1. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-63730 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | HyperDX before 2.31.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows authenticated team members to direct the server to make requests to arbitrary internal network destinations by supplying a caller-controlled URL to the webhook test endpoint. Attackers can bypass the insufficient hostname blacklist validation in the webhook handler to enumerate internal services, interact with internal containers, or access cloud instance metadata services including provider metadata endpoints. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2025-65105 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | lfprojects, apptainer | Apptainer is an open source container platform. In Apptainer versions less than 1.4.5, a container can disable two of the forms of the little used --security option, in particular the forms --security=apparmor:<profile> and --security=selinux:<label> which otherwise put restrictions on operations that containers can do. The --security option has always been mentioned in Apptainer documentation as being a feature for the root user, although these forms do also work for unprivileged users on systems where the corresponding feature is enabled. Apparmor is enabled by default on Debian-based distributions and SElinux is enabled by default on RHEL-based distributions, but on SUSE it depends on the distribution version. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.5. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107298 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | msgpack5 is a msgpack v5 implementation for node.js and the browser. Prior to 6.1.0, the array and map decoding paths have no nesting-depth limit, allowing an attacker who can provide MessagePack input to submit deeply nested containers that exhaust the JavaScript call stack and interrupt a process, worker, or request handler. This issue is fixed in version 6.1.0. | 9 Oct |
| CVE-2025-71424 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Contrast, Edgeless Systems' runtime for confidential containers on Kubernetes, is affected in versions up to and including 1.9.0. The VOLUME directive in a Dockerfile (config.volumes in the OCI image configuration) is only a hint and is not handled specially by Kubernetes, but containerd adds a mount point for it when Kubernetes sets none, requiring the runtime to be able to push arbitrary data to the Kata agent. As a result, on bare-metal Contrast deployments (AKS deployments are not affected) that run an image declaring at least one VOLUME for which no Kubernetes mount exists at that path, the untrusted host can write arbitrary file trees below that mount point inside the confidential container, compromising the integrity of a directory that is typically important to the application's core functionality. Version 1.9.1 fixes the issue by disallowing this configuration in `contrast generate`. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5751 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | justhtml versions 1.13.0 and earlier contain a parser-differential / mutation cross-site scripting (mXSS) vulnerability when using a custom SanitizationPolicy that preserves foreign namespaces (e.g., drop_foreign_namespaces=False with allowlisted SVG/MathML elements or raw-text containers such as <style>). Specially crafted input can sanitize into markup that appears safe but becomes unsafe when re-parsed by a browser or another HTML parser, allowing markup injection. The default safe configuration (sanitize=True) is not affected. Fixed in 1.14.0. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2025-54288 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | canonical, lxd | Information Spoofing in devLXD Server in Canonical LXD versions 4.0 and above on Linux container platforms allows attackers with root privileges within any container to impersonate other containers and obtain their metadata, configuration, and device information via spoofed process names in the command line. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-7309 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | redhat, openshift_container_platform | A flaw was found in the OpenShift Container Platform build system. A user with the `edit` ClusterRole can inject arbitrary environment variables, such as `LD_PRELOAD` or `http_proxy`, into `docker-build` containers through the `buildconfigs/instantiate` API. This incomplete fix for a previous vulnerability allows for information disclosure, specifically impacting the confidentiality of build traffic. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-63295 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | canonical, lxd | An authorization bypass vulnerability in LXD allows an authenticated attacker to bypass project-level container isolation restrictions. When a project is configured with restrictions on container privileges (such as enforcing restricted.containers.privilege=isolated), LXD fails to enforce the requirement if an instance configuration omits the security.idmap.isolated key. An attacker can exploit this flaw by creating or updating an instance without explicitly setting security.idmap.isolated, bypassing the target project's security constraints. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2025-6425 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | mozilla, firefox | An attacker who enumerated resources from the WebCompat extension could have obtained a persistent UUID that identified the browser, and persisted between containers and normal/private browsing mode, but not profiles. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 140, Firefox ESR 115.25, Firefox ESR 128.12, Thunderbird 140, and Thunderbird 128.12. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-96628 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Arcane is an interface for managing Docker containers, images, networks, and volumes. Prior to 2.11.0, AuthMiddleware.managerAuth accepts X-Arcane-Agent-Token credentials and the environment-token branch calls next before the AdminRequired option is evaluated. An attacker with a valid X-Arcane-Agent-Token can request /api/debug/pprof/* through a route protected by WithAdminRequired because EnvironmentPermissionSet is installed and the request continues without checking IsGlobalAdmin. This exposes administrator-restricted Go pprof runtime and diagnostic information and may impose profiling overhead. This issue is fixed in version 2.11.0. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-62313 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.3.0, project-level enforcement of `restricted.containers.privilege=isolated` can be trivially bypassed, allowing a user to create a non-isolated (shared host idmap) container in a project that is configured to forbid them. The restriction only rejects an explicitly set `security.idmap.isolated=false` (or empty) and fails to enforce anything when the key is omitted entirely. Because an unset `security.idmap.isolated` defaults to `false` (non-isolation), a user simply leaves the key out and obtains exactly the container state the restriction is meant to forbid. This defeats the tenant-isolation guarantee the restriction exists to provide. Containers in the project share the host uid/gid map instead of receiving unique, non-overlapping ranges, weakening the isolation boundary between co-tenant containers and the host. Version 7.3.0 patches the issue. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-1248 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | ibm, business_automation_workflow | IBM Business Automation Workflow containers and traditional may leak information about its database structure in error messages. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2025-64138 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | jenkins, start_windocks_container | A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Jenkins Start Windocks Containers Plugin 1.4 and earlier allows attackers to connect to an attacker-specified URL. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-64139 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | jenkins, start_windocks_container | A missing permission check in Jenkins Start Windocks Containers Plugin 1.4 and earlier allows attackers with Overall/Read permission to connect to an attacker-specified URL. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-12730 | 3.8 low | 0.00% | ibm, business_automation_workflow | IBM Business Automation Workflow containers and traditional 26.0.0, 25.0.0 through 25.0.0 Interim Fix 005, 24.0.1 through 24.0.1 Interim Fix 007, and 24.0.0 through 24.0.0 Interim Fix 009 IBM Business Automation Workflow fails to properly verify that the hostname matches the server certificate potentially allowing connections to an attacker-controlled server. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2025-67499 | 3.6 low | 0.00% | linuxfoundation, cni_network_plugins | The CNI portmap plugin allows containers to emulate opening a host port, forwarding that traffic to the container. Versions 1.6.0 through 1.8.0 inadvertently forward all traffic with the same destination port as the host port when the portmap plugin is configured with the nftables backend, thus ignoring the destination IP. This includes traffic not intended for the node itself, i.e. traffic to containers hosted on the node. Containers that request HostPort forwarding can intercept all traffic destined for that port. This requires that the portmap plugin be explicitly configured to use the nftables backend. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.0. To workaround, configure the portmap plugin to use the iptables backend. It does not have this vulnerability. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-41579 | 3.3 low | 0.00% | linuxfoundation, runc | runc is a CLI tool for spawning and running containers according to the OCI specification. In versions prior to 1.3.6, 1.4.0-rc.1, 1.4.0-rc.12, 1.5.0-rc.1, and 1.5.0-rc.1, when setting up the container rootfs, setupPtmx and setupDevSymlinks call os.Remove and os.Symlink with a filepath.Join string which allow an image with /dev as a symlink to trick runc into deleting files called ptmx on the host or creating a hardcoded set of symlinks with specific names and targets in an arbitrary pre-existing host directory. This issue is not exploitable under Docker, because Docker creates a top-level read-only layer that masks any malicious /dev symlink present in the container image — unlike some other Linux container tooling, whose higher-level runtimes built on runc remain exposed to exploitation via a malicious image. This issue has been fixed in versions 1.3.6, 1.4.3 and 1.5.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40077 | 3.1 low | 0.00% | beszel | Beszel is a server monitoring platform. Prior to 0.18.7, some API endpoints in the Beszel hub accept a user-supplied system ID and proceed without further checks that the user should have access to that system. As a result, any authenticated user can access these routes for any system if they know the system's ID. System IDs are random 15 character alphanumeric strings, and are not exposed to all users. However, it is theoretically possible for an authenticated user to enumerate a valid system ID via web API. To use the containers endpoints, the user would also need to enumerate a container ID, which is 12 digit hexadecimal string. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.18.7. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-73087 | 2.3 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Dozzle is a realtime log viewer for docker containers. From 10.5.2 until 10.6.15, the isBlockedIP SSRF guard in internal/notification/dispatcher/webhook.go, used by safeDialContext for webhook notification URLs, does not inspect IPv4 addresses embedded in 6to4, NAT64, Teredo, or IPv4-compatible IPv6 addresses, allowing an authenticated user to reach loopback or link-local targets that the guard intends to block. This issue is fixed in version 10.6.15. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-52791 | 2.0 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | fuse-overlayfs is an implementation of overlayfs in FUSE for rootless containers. Prior to 1.17, the release-1.x C branch preserves SUID and SGID mode bits in main.c during open(O_TRUNC) and truncate handling on a copied-up file, allowing a low-privileged process to leave the upper-layer file with mode 4777. This issue is fixed in version 1.17. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54427 | unscored | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Uncontrolled recursion in the AMF parser in Apache bRPC < 1.18.0 allows a remote RTMP peer to crash a bRPC process by sending deeply nested AMF objects or arrays. The parser recursively processed nested AMF containers without enforcing a depth limit, which could exhaust the native stack. Affected Scenarios: Applications using bRPC RTMP support and parsing AMF data from an untrusted RTMP peer. This includes RTMP servers parsing client command messages, RTMP clients parsing server responses or status messages, and either side parsing inbound AMF script data such as metadata or cue points. Direct callers of ReadAMFObject or ReadAMFArray on untrusted input are also affected. How to Fix: 1. Upgrade Apache bRPC to 1.18.0. 2. Apply the patch from PR https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3344 . Note: The fix introduces a configurable AMF nesting depth limit with default value 128. AMF objects or arrays deeper than amf_max_depth are rejected after applying the fix. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-16487 | unscored | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Red Hat Product Security has determined that this is not a vulnerability in bootc or containers-common. bootc fetches images under /etc/containers/policy.json. The shipped default is insecureAcceptAnything for registries without an explicit signature requirement; registry.redhat.io and registry.access.redhat.com require signatures. Updating a mutable tag requires the ability to publish to the reference an administrator has already configured the host to follow. Requiring signatures is available through that policy and through bootc enforce-container-sigpolicy, which is off by default. Persistence of /var across bootc rollback is expected image-mode behavior. | 21 Oct |
