CVE-2026-66908exploit 7.5 high 1.0% apache, camel Improper Authentication vulnerability in Apache Camel Platform HTTP Main component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.8.0 before 4.22.0. The camel-main embedded HTTP server can protect its endpoints with JWT authentication, configured through authenticationEnabled together with the JWT keystore properties. JWTAuthenticationConfigurer.buildJwtOptions returned null when neither jwtIssuer nor jwtAudience was configured, and the caller then skipped the JWTAuthOptions.setJWTOptions call entirely, so the Vert.x JWTAuth instance was built from the keystore alone. The result was that inbound tokens were checked only for signature and expiry: the iss and aud claims were not validated at all. Nothing signalled this - the server started normally and reported no warning - so a deployment configured the documented way silently enforced less than the operator believed it had enabled, and the component documentation itself presented signature and expiry checking as the default with issuer and audience as an optional extra. Both the application server and the management server were affected, because the omission was in each of the two configureAuthentication paths. Any unexpired token signed by any key the configured keystore trusts was therefore accepted, regardless of which issuer minted it or which audience it was intended for. How far that reaches depends on the trust set of the keystore: where the signing key belongs to a shared or multi-tenant identity provider, a token legitimately issued for an entirely different audience is accepted, while a keystore holding a dedicated signer narrows it to reuse of tokens minted for other services within the same trust domain. The jwtIssuer and jwtAudience options did not exist before 4.21.0, so on earlier releases there was no supported way to have these claims enforced at all. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.22.0, which fixes the issue. From 4.22.0 the server refuses to start when a JWT keystore is configured but neither jwtIssuer nor jwtAudience is set, naming the properties involved, and a deployment that genuinely wants signature and expiry validation only must say so explicitly with the new jwtAllowMissingIssuerAndAudience option, which defaults to false. This behaviour is fixed only on 4.22.0. The 4.14.9 and 4.18.4 releases do not change the default: they add the jwtIssuer and jwtAudience options so that operators on those maintenance lines can enforce the claims by configuration, and an installation that upgrades to 4.14.9 or 4.18.4 without also setting at least one of those two properties is still accepting any unexpired token signed by a trusted key. Users on 4.14.x or 4.18.x should therefore upgrade to 4.14.9 or 4.18.4 and then set jwtIssuer, jwtAudience, or both. Releases from 4.8.0 up to and including 4.21.x offer no way to enforce these claims and should be moved to a version that does. Independently of version, restrict the JWT keystore to the smallest possible trust set - ideally a signer dedicated to this service rather than a shared identity-provider key - and where a gateway already validates issuer and audience in front of the server, ensure it cannot be bypassed. Notes: The JIRA ticket: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-24281 refers to the various commits that resolved the issue, and has more details. The fail-closed guard could not be backported. The jwtIssuer and jwtAudience options were themselves only introduced in 4.21.0 by CAMEL-23525, so on camel-4.18.x and camel-4.14.x there was nothing an operator could set to satisfy the requirement and the guard would have broken every JWT deployment on those branches with no remedy available. CVE-2017-5664 7.5 high 17.0% apache, tomcat The error page mechanism of the Java Servlet Specification requires that, when an error occurs and an error page is configured for the error that occurred, the original request and response are forwarded to the error page. This means that the request is presented to the error page with the original HTTP method. If the error page is a static file, expected behaviour is to serve content of the file as if processing a GET request, regardless of the actual HTTP method. The Default Servlet in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M20, 8.5.0 to 8.5.14, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.43 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.77 did not do this. Depending on the original request this could lead to unexpected and undesirable results for static error pages including, if the DefaultServlet is configured to permit writes, the replacement or removal of the custom error page. Notes for other user provided error pages: (1) Unless explicitly coded otherwise, JSPs ignore the HTTP method. JSPs used as error pages must must ensure that they handle any error dispatch as a GET request, regardless of the actual method. (2) By default, the response generated by a Servlet does depend on the HTTP method. Custom Servlets used as error pages must ensure that they handle any error dispatch as a GET request, regardless of the actual method. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-13773 9.8 critical 4.0% no CPE yet The Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions up to, and including, 5.8.0 via the 'WooCommerce_Delivery_Notes::update' function. This is due to missing capability check in the 'WooCommerce_Delivery_Notes::update' function, PHP enabled in Dompdf, and missing escape in the 'template.php' file. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute code on the server. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-21571 9.4 critical 1.0% atlassian, bamboo This Critical severity OS Command Injection vulnerability was introduced in versions 9.6.0, 10.0.0, 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 11.0.0, 11.1.0, 12.0.0, and 12.1.0 of Bamboo Data Center. This RCE (Remote Code Execution) vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 9.4 and a CVSS Vector of CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:H/SI:H/SA:H allows an authenticated attacker to execute commands on the remote system, which has high impact to confidentiality, high impact to integrity, high impact to availability, and requires no user interaction. Atlassian recommends that Bamboo Data Center customers upgrade to latest version, if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions: Bamboo Data Center 9.6.0: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 9.6.25 Bamboo Data Center 10.2: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 10.2.18 Bamboo Data Center 12.1: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 12.1.6 See the release notes ([https://confluence.atlassian.com/bambooreleases/bamboo-release-notes-1189793869.html]). CVE-2026-78207 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet exceljs through 4.4.0 contains a prototype pollution vulnerability in the deepMerge helper that fails to reject __proto__, constructor, or prototype keys when merging note objects. Attackers can assign parsed JSON with a malicious __proto__ property to cell notes, modifying Object.prototype and affecting all plain objects created in the process. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-78372 9.2 critical 1.0% no CPE yet RansomLook does not consistently enforce authorization checks when accessing groups, markets, and ransom notes marked as private. An unauthenticated or otherwise unauthorized remote attacker can access information associated with private entities through several web views and API endpoints. The affected functionality can disclose private group or market names, ransom-note content, and metadata associated with private groups. The /compare functionality can also be queried directly with the name of a private entity, allowing an unauthorized user to retrieve information such as post counts, mirror totals, and uptime even when the entity is excluded from the normal user interface. The patch explicitly adds a privacy check before returning this information. Ransom-note views, search results, and API endpoints were similarly missing consistent filtering. The fix introduces normalized private-group identifiers and alias handling, then rejects or filters notes associated with private groups before returning them to unauthorized callers. An attacker can exploit the issue remotely without authentication or user interaction, resulting in disclosure of information that was explicitly intended to be restricted to authorized users. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-35337 8.8 high 1.0% apache, storm Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in Apache Storm. Versions Affected: before 2.8.6. Description: When processing topology credentials submitted via the Nimbus Thrift API, Storm deserializes the base64-encoded TGT blob using ObjectInputStream.readObject() without any class filtering or validation. An authenticated user with topology submission rights could supply a crafted serialized object in the "TGT" credential field, leading to remote code execution in both the Nimbus and Worker JVMs. Mitigation: 2.x users should upgrade to 2.8.6. Users who cannot upgrade immediately should monkey-patch an ObjectInputFilter allow-list to ClientAuthUtils.deserializeKerberosTicket() restricting deserialized classes to javax.security.auth.kerberos.KerberosTicket and its known dependencies. A guide on how to do this is available in the release notes of 2.8.6. Credit: This issue was discovered by K. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44522 8.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet Note Mark is an open-source note-taking application. From 0.13.0 to before 0.19.4, the Note Mark application allows authenticated users to upload assets to notes via POST /api/notes/{noteID}/assets, where the asset filename is provided through the X-Name HTTP request header. This value is stored directly in the database without any sanitization or validation - no path separator filtering, no directory traversal sequence rejection, and no use of filepath.Base() to strip directory components. The unsanitized name is persisted as-is in the note_assets table (Name column, varchar(80)). When an administrator subsequently runs the data export CLI commands (note-mark migrate export-v1 or note-mark migrate export), the stored asset name is passed directly into filepath.Join() and path.Join() calls as part of the output file path argument to os.Create(). Since Go's filepath.Join() resolves ../ sequences during path normalization, an attacker-controlled asset name containing directory traversal sequences causes the export process to write files to arbitrary locations on the filesystem, completely outside the intended export directory. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.19.4. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-22166 8.3 high 1.0% atlassian, confluence_data_center, confluence_server This High severity DoS (Denial of Service) vulnerability was introduced in version 2.0 of Confluence Data Center. This DoS (Denial of Service) vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 8.3, allows an attacker to cause a resource to be unavailable for its intended users by temporarily or indefinitely disrupting services of a host connected to a network. Atlassian recommends that Confluence Data Center customers upgrade to latest version, if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions: Confluence Data Center and Server 8.5: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 8.5.25 Confluence Data Center and Server 9.2: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 9.2.7 Confluence Data Center and Server 10.0: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 10.0.2 See the release notes ([https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-release-notes-327.html]). CVE-2026-10686 7.5 high 1.0% zephyrproject, zephyr Zephyr's IPv6 forwarding path re-sent routed unicast packets without ever decrementing the IPv6 hop limit. Both routing branches of ipv6_route_packet() (subsys/net/ip) were affected: the explicit-route path (net_route_packet()) and the on-link cross-interface path (net_route_packet_if()). Each set the packet forwarding flag and called net_send_data() with the hop limit untouched and no expiry check. Per RFC 8200 the hop-limit decrement is the mechanism that bounds packet lifetime and terminates routing loops; without it, a device acting as an IPv6 router relays looping packets indefinitely. An on-path attacker who can induce or exploit a transient L3 loop turns it into a permanent forwarding storm, causing CPU/bandwidth resource exhaustion (availability DoS) on the forwarder and adjacent links; path-discovery and loop diagnostics that rely on hop-limit expiry are also defeated. Affected configurations. In every affected release the forwarding path is reached via CONFIG_NET_ROUTE (enabled by default when CONFIG_NET_IPV6_NBR_CACHE is set), together with CONFIG_NET_ROUTING for cross-interface routing. Note that CONFIG_NET_IPV6_FORWARDING and CONFIG_NET_IPV4_FORWARDING — which appear in the fix and in this advisory's evidence notes — were introduced after v4.4.0, when the routing options were split and renamed; they do not exist in any affected release. When auditing a v4.4.1-or-earlier configuration, look for CONFIG_NET_ROUTE and CONFIG_NET_ROUTING. IPv4 is not affected in any release. The IPv4 forwarding path (net_route_ipv4_packet() in route_ipv4.c) was added after v4.4.0 and has never shipped in a release. Its TTL decrement and IPv4 header-checksum recomputation landed on main as part of the same fix, so the evidence notes below discuss it, but no released version is reachable by way of IPv4. Affected releases are v1.8.0 through v4.4.1: v1.8.0 introduced net_route_packet() and v2.2.0 added net_route_packet_if(), and neither decremented the hop limit. v4.3.1 carries the explicit-route fix but not the on-link one, so it is affected as well. Fixed on main by 7d8f1afa7345 (explicit-route path) and 589eadc74efa (on-link path). Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-93746 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet The WebToffee WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 5.0.2 via the 'email' parameter of the guest print_document_from_the_mail_link handler dispatched from print_window() on init. This is due to the handler authorizing access to an order's printable documents when the attacker-supplied (base64-encoded) 'email' equals the order's billing email — a non-secret identifier — instead of requiring the WooCommerce order_key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers, when the site is configured to allow guest access to documents ('wt_pklist_print_button_access_for' != 'logged_in'), to retrieve any other customer's invoice, packing slip, delivery note, dispatch label or shipping label — including customer name, billing/shipping address, phone number, purchased products, prices, taxes and invoice metadata — by knowing the target order ID and the associated billing email address. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-34007 6.9 medium 1.0% no CPE yet An OS command injection vulnerability has been reported to affect Notes Station 3. If exploited, the vulnerability could allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following version: Notes Station 3 3.9.11 and later 15 Oct
CVE-2026-18027 6.5 medium 1.0% no CPE yet The WebToffee WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 4.9.8 via the get_image_src_in_base64 function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. The base64-encoded file contents are embedded into the cached invoice HTML and served directly to the attacker via the plugin's own Print/Download invoice endpoints, which require only a valid nonce and access key. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-15007 5.7 medium 1.0% no CPE yet A denial of service vulnerability was identified in GitHub Enterprise Server that allowed an authenticated user to cause service disruption by supplying a repository release notes configuration file containing deeply nested YAML. When release notes were generated, the configuration file was parsed without a nesting depth limit, causing excessive resource consumption that could render the instance unresponsive. This vulnerability affected all versions of GitHub Enterprise Server prior to 3.22 and was fixed in versions 3.17.18, 3.18.12, 3.19.9, 3.20.5, and 3.21.3. This vulnerability was reported via the GitHub Bug Bounty program. Sat 24 Oct

Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /_notes/ of the component Dreamweaver Metadata Files. Executing a manipulation can lead to file and directory information exposure. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-33888 5.3 medium 1.0% apostrophecms ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Versions 4.28.0 and prior contain an authorization bypass vulnerability in the getRestQuery method of the @apostrophecms/piece-type module, where the method checks whether a MongoDB projection has already been set before applying the admin-configured publicApiProjection. An unauthenticated attacker can supply a project query parameter in the REST API request, which is processed by applyBuildersSafely before the permission check, pre-populating the projection state and causing the publicApiProjection to be skipped entirely. This allows disclosure of any field on publicly queryable documents that the administrator explicitly restricted from the public API, such as internal notes, draft content, or metadata. Exploitation is trivial, requiring only appending query parameters to a public URL with no authentication. This issue has been fixed in version 4.29.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-53578 9.3 critical 0.00% triliumnotes, trilium Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions up to and including 0.103.0, the default-on "Safe import" filter sanitizes HTML only for text notes and excludes the mindMap note type, whose JSON content is stored without sanitization, allowing an attacker-supplied import archive to embed a payload that renders as arbitrary HTML. A mind map node can carry a dangerouslySetInnerHTML property that the Mind Elixir library assigns directly to a node's innerHTML, so a malicious note survives Safe import and executes script as soon as the victim opens the imported mind map. On the desktop client the Electron renderer runs with Node integration enabled, so the injected JavaScript escalates from cross-site scripting to full remote code execution on the victim's machine. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-53579 9.3 critical 0.00% triliumnotes, trilium Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions up to and including 0.103.0, the default-on "Safe import" filter sanitizes HTML only for text notes and excludes the book note type, whose content is stored without sanitization and later rendered as HTML, allowing an attacker-supplied import archive to embed a payload that executes as script. A book note's content is routed through the same rendering path as text notes and injected into the page with jQuery's html method when the note is shown as a grid-view preview card, so a malicious note survives Safe import and runs as soon as the victim opens the containing note. On the desktop client the Electron renderer runs with Node integration enabled, so the injected JavaScript escalates from cross-site scripting to full remote code execution on the victim's machine. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-108015 9.1 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Private keys for eight eMudhra intermediate CA certificates have been compromised https://emudhra.we-have-a-problem.com/ , which impacts certificate trust for outbound network request features of HCL Notes Client. An unauthenticated network attacker could spoof server certificates to execute a man in the middle (MITM) attack, enabling them to intercept and/or modify the content of outbound TLS connections. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-21582 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet This High severity BASM (Broken Authentication & Session Management) vulnerability known as CVE-2026-21582 was introduced in version 7.2.1 of Crowd Data Center. This BASM (Broken Authentication & Session Management) vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 8.8, allows an unauthenticated attacker to perform actions as another user. Atlassian recommends that Crowd Data Center customers upgrade to latest version, if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions: Crowd Data Center 7.2: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 7.2.2 See the release notes (https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/crowd-release-notes-199094.html). You can download the latest version of Crowd Data Center from the download center (https://www.atlassian.com/software/crowd/download-archive). CVE-2025-67488 8.8 high 0.00% b3log, siyuan SiYuan is self-hosted, open source personal knowledge management software. Versions 0.0.0-20251202123337-6ef83b42c7ce and below contain function importZipMd which is vulnerable to ZipSlips, allowing an authenticated user to overwrite files on the system. An authenticated user with access to the import functionality in notes is able to overwrite any file on the system, and can escalate to full code execution under some circumstances. A fix is planned for version 3.5.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-104725 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Groundhogg — CRM, Newsletters, and Marketing Automation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.9 This is due to a missing ownership and capability check on the `user` parameter within the `process_edit()` function, which allows any authenticated user with the `edit_contacts` capability to reassign a contact record's linked WordPress user ID to any arbitrary account without requiring the `edit_users` or `promote_users` capabilities. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with sales_rep-level access and above, to escalate their privileges to administrator by linking a contact to an administrator's WordPress user ID, then creating a note containing the `{auto_login_link}` replacement tag to trigger generation of a valid auto-login permissions-key URL for the administrator-linked contact, and finally visiting that URL to authenticate as the targeted administrator. The auto-login URL is stored in the note content and is readable back by the attacker via the `view_notes` and `add_notes` capabilities that the sales_rep role holds by default. 13 Oct
CVE-2025-22167 8.7 high 0.00% atlassian, jira_data_center, jira_server This High severity Path Traversal (Arbitrary Write) vulnerability was introduced in versions: 9.12.0, 10.3.0 and remain present in 11.0.0 of Jira Software Data Center and Server. This Path Traversal (Arbitrary Write) vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 8.7, allows an attacker to modify any filesystem path writable by the Jira JVM process. Atlassian recommends that Jira Software Data Center and Server customers upgrade to the latest version; if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions: Jira Software Data Center and Server 9.12: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 9.12.28 Jira Software Data Center and Server 10.3: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 10.3.12 Jira Software Data Center and Server 11.0: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 11.1.0 See the release notes. You can download the latest version of Jira Software Data Center and Server from the download center. This vulnerability was reported via our Atlassian (Internal) program. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-104077 8.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Obsidian Desktop before 1.14.0 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows attackers to craft malicious Markdown notes exploiting insufficient sanitization of the data-background-iframe attribute, which bypasses DOMPurify and is processed by the bundled Reveal.js 4.3.1 within the Slides core plugin, allowing a javascript: URL to execute in the resulting background iframe. Because Node integration is enabled and context isolation is disabled in Obsidian's vault renderer, the injected script can call parent.require() to access Node APIs such as fs and child_process, enabling arbitrary operating system command execution when the victim opens the note and manually starts the presentation. CVE-2026-71242 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet Crater's NotePolicy checks only a blanket Bouncer ability (manage-all-notes / view-all-notes) with no company-ownership comparison, unlike InvoicePolicy and other sibling policies which additionally verify ->hasCompany(->company_id). Any authenticated user of one company can read, edit, or delete another company's notes by ID. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-45733 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet Trilium Notes is a cross-platform, hierarchical note taking application focused on building large personal knowledge bases. Prior to 0.103.0, the #iconClass label value is returned raw by getNoteIcon() and inserted without HTML attribute encoding into class attributes in apps/client/src/widgets/quick_search.ts and apps/client/src/services/note_autocomplete.ts, allowing a stored payload to execute automatically when a victim opens a new tab or uses Ctrl+J and, because Electron enables nodeIntegration and disables contextIsolation, run operating-system commands as the victim. This issue is fixed in version 0.103.0. Thu 22 Oct
CVE-2026-21579 8.2 high 0.00% atlassian, confluence_data_center This High severity Information Disclosure vulnerability was introduced in versions 7.17.0, 7.19.0, 8.5.0, 8.9.0, 9.0.1, 9.1.0, 9.2.0, 10.0.2, 10.1.0, and 10.2.0 of Confluence Data Center. CVE-2026-111915 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet Yank Note before 3.93.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files via the path or doc parameter of /api/help. Attackers can supply repeated '../' segments, which bypass the single-replacement sanitization in the publicly allowlisted endpoint, to read SSH keys, configuration, or notes. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-40581 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. In versions prior to 7.2.0, the family record deletion endpoint (SelectDelete.php) performs permanent, irreversible deletion of family records and all associated data via a plain GET request with no CSRF token validation. An attacker can craft a malicious page that, when visited by an authenticated administrator, silently triggers deletion of targeted family records including associated notes, pledges, persons, and property data without any user interaction. This issue has been fixed in version 7.2.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-68795 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ethtool: Avoid overflowing userspace buffer on stats query The ethtool -S command operates across three ioctl calls: ETHTOOL_GSSET_INFO for the size, ETHTOOL_GSTRINGS for the names, and ETHTOOL_GSTATS for the values. If the number of stats changes between these calls (e.g., due to device reconfiguration), userspace's buffer allocation will be incorrect, potentially leading to buffer overflow. Drivers are generally expected to maintain stable stat counts, but some drivers (e.g., mlx5, bnx2x, bna, ksz884x) use dynamic counters, making this scenario possible. Some drivers try to handle this internally: - bnad_get_ethtool_stats() returns early in case stats.n_stats is not equal to the driver's stats count. - micrel/ksz884x also makes sure not to write anything beyond stats.n_stats and overflow the buffer. However, both use stats.n_stats which is already assigned with the value returned from get_sset_count(), hence won't solve the issue described here. Change ethtool_get_strings(), ethtool_get_stats(), ethtool_get_phy_stats() to not return anything in case of a mismatch between userspace's size and get_sset_size(), to prevent buffer overflow. The returned n_stats value will be equal to zero, to reflect that nothing has been returned. This could result in one of two cases when using upstream ethtool, depending on when the size change is detected: 1. When detected in ethtool_get_strings(): # ethtool -S eth2 no stats available 2. When detected in get stats, all stats will be reported as zero. Both cases are presumably transient, and a subsequent ethtool call should succeed. Other than the overflow avoidance, these two cases are very evident (no output/cleared stats), which is arguably better than presenting incorrect/shifted stats. I also considered returning an error instead of a "silent" response, but that seems more destructive towards userspace apps. Notes: - This patch does not claim to fix the inherent race, it only makes sure that we do not overflow the userspace buffer, and makes for a more predictable behavior. - RTNL lock is held during each ioctl, the race window exists between the separate ioctl calls when the lock is released. - Userspace ethtool always fills stats.n_stats, but it is likely that these stats ioctls are implemented in other userspace applications which might not fill it. The added code checks that it's not zero, to prevent any regressions. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-74404 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: ccp - Fix snp_filter_reserved_mem_regions() off-by-one Sashiko notes: > regarding the bounds check in snp_filter_reserved_mem_regions() > called via walk_iomem_res_desc(): does the check > if ((range_list->num_elements * 16 + 8) > PAGE_SIZE) > allow an off-by-one heap buffer overflow? > > If range_list->num_elements is 255, 255 * 16 + 8 = 4088, which is <= 4096. > Writing range->base (8 bytes) fills 4088-4095, but writing range->page_count > (4 bytes) would write to 4096-4099, overflowing the kzalloc-allocated > PAGE_SIZE buffer. Fix this by accounting for the entry about to be written to, in addition to the entries that are already allocated. 16 Oct

Kernel panic - not syncing: Oops - BUG: Fatal exception This happens because pps_device_destruct() frees the pps_device with the embedded cdev immediately after calling cdev_del(), but, as the comment above cdev_del() notes, fops for previously opened cdevs are still callable even after cdev_del() returns. I think this bug has always been there: I can't explain why it suddenly started happening every time I reboot this particular board. In commit d953e0e837e6 ("pps: Fix a use-after free bug when unregistering a source."), George Spelvin suggested removing the embedded cdev. That seems like the simplest way to fix this, so I've implemented his suggestion, using __register_chrdev() with pps_idr becoming the source of truth for which minor corresponds to which device. But now that pps_idr defines userspace visibility instead of cdev_add(), we need to be sure the pps->dev refcount can't reach zero while userspace can still find it again. So, the idr_remove() call moves to pps_unregister_cdev(), and pps_idr now holds a reference to pps->dev. pps_core: source serial1 got cdev (251:1) <...> pps pps1: removed pps_core: unregistering pps1 pps_core: deallocating pps1 15 Oct
CVE-2026-21584 7.6 high 0.00% atlassian, bamboo This High severity Improper Authorization vulnerability was introduced in versions 10.0.0, 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 11.0.0, 12.0.0, and 12.1.0 of Bamboo Data Center. CVE-2026-55382 7.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, InvoiceShelf NotesController::show, NotesController::update, and NotesController::destroy authorize only the generic view notes or manage notes ability and do not pass the route-bound Note to NotePolicy::viewNotes or NotePolicy::manageNotes, so neither method checks the target note's company_id. Because the Note model has no global company scope, an authenticated staff user with ordinary note abilities can select another company's sequential note identifier and read, modify, or delete its reusable invoice, estimate, and payment note templates. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.0. 15 Oct

CVE-2026-43977 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet wger is a free, open-source workout and fitness manager. In versions prior to 2.6, any authenticated user can read another user's private workout session notes, exercise history, and training statistics by calling the /logs/ and /stats/ actions on a routine they do not own. The vulnerability exists in RoutineViewSet (wger/manager/api/views.py). The view defines two custom actions /logs/ and /stats/ that are intended to return data for the requesting user's own training history within a routine. However, the underlying permission check (RoutinePermission.has_object_permission) grants read access to any authenticated user when the routine has is_template=True, regardless of ownership. When the /logs/ or /stats/ actions are invoked against a routine the attacker does not own, they return the owner's private workout history, not the attacker's. This issue has been fixed in version 2.6. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-46556 7.5 high 0.00% mantisbt Mantis Bug Tracker (MantisBT) is an open source issue tracker. Versions 2.27.1 and below allow attackers to permanently corrupt issue activity logs by submitting extremely long notes (tested with 4,788,761 characters) due to a lack of server-side validation of note length. Once such a note is added, the activity stream UI fails to render; therefore, new notes cannot be displayed, effectively breaking all future collaboration on the issue. This issue is fixed in version 2.27.2. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-77438 7.5 high 0.00% triliumnotes, trilium Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions up to and including 0.103.0, the public share-search endpoint does not enforce the per-note shareCredentials and shareHiddenFromTree controls, allowing an unauthenticated visitor to read the titles, tree paths, and content of protected shared notes. The endpoint authorizes only the ancestor note supplied in the request and then runs a full-text search across the entire published subtree, returning each matching note's title, share identifier, and hierarchical path without re-checking whether that individual note requires a share password or is hidden from the navigation tree. Because the search matches note content, an attacker can enumerate protected notes and use the endpoint as a boolean oracle that confirms arbitrary substrings, recovering the full contents of notes that should be gated behind a password. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0. 14 Oct
